FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 1019744 (7.62x54R) mfg. by New England Westinghouse in 1915 with Finnish [SA] property-marks on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition with 95+% bluing on all metal parts and a mirror-bright very strong bore, Czarist eagles intact on both barrel-shank and receiver. JAPANESE Model 99 Arisaka bolt-action rifle series 1, # 40198 (7.7x58) mfg. by Toriimatsu factory of Nagoya Arsenal in c. 1939. Metal in excellent condition, with full original bluing and a gorgeous, mirror-bright chrome-lined bore, intact mum, bolt (and all bolt parts) stamped with # 592. Rear-sight lacks aircraft-wings, no cleaning-rod or monopod. Wood retains its original finish and has never been sanded, several dings from rough handling on wood and some rust on buttplate. Metal in excellent condition, original bluing turning brown and a gorgeous, mirror-bright non chrome-lined bore, bolt and all bolt-parts numbered 171, ground mum. Has many last-ditch features such as fixed rear sight, cylindrical bolt-knob, welded safety, no provision for cleaning-rod, riveted front barrel-band, short handguard, forend a separate piece retained by barrel-bands and wooden buttplate. RUSSIAN Model SVT-40 Tokarev semiautomatic rifle # ZHK2363 (7.62x54R), mfg. at Izhevsk in 1941. Excellent condition with a nice and strong mirror-bright bore. Arsenal-reworked to as-new condition with 100% bluing (plum-colored bolt) and stock has some minor scuffs in finish (small arsenal-repairs on each side). SPANISH Model 1943 Mauser bolt-action short rifle # EA33668 (8x57) mfg. for Spanish Air Force in c.1948. Excellent condition, with 90% bluing (trigger-guard and magazine-floorplate turning brown from carry). Bolt mismatched (EA35230) but is correct for rifle (and headspaces properly), all other numbered parts match receiver. Bore is strong and mirror-bright, nice Spanish Air Force crest above chamber. SWEDISH Model 96 Mauser bolt-action TARGET rifle # 275390 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1910 with straight-bolt. Excellent condition, with 95% or better original bluing on all parts. Has a very bright and strong bore (bore-disc indicating 6.49/1). Bolt does not match receiver (all bolt-parts #174), all other parts match receiver (#390). Walnut stock & handguard seems to have its original; finish, with only a few minor handling-marks. Has SODERIN rear-sight with front aperture sight, with beech pistol-grip screwed to bottom of stock. Model AG42B Ljungmann semiautomatic rifle # 7514 (6.5x55) mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1943. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 95% bluing (bottom of magazine shows more wear) and strong mirror-bright bore (disk reads 6.49/0). Stock has hairline cracks near buttplate (caused by over-tightening of upper buttplate screw) and ding atop handguard, else nearly as-new. PHOTOS . . . $925. C&RU.S.A. Model 1888 Trapdoor falling-block single-shot infantry rifle with RAMROD-BAYONET # 524493 (.45-70 Government) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1891. Near Excellent condition, metal turning brown and a gorgeous, mirror-bright bore. Original military configuration with strong markings (including 1891-dated cartouche on wood). U.S.A. Model 1898 Krag-Jorgenson bolt-action infantry rifle # 225949 (.30 Government) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1900. Excellent-PLUS, refinished metal and wood, with 100% bluing and a somewhat bright very strong bore. Original military configuration with strong markings (including 1899-dated cartouche on wood). U.S.A. Model of 1917 "Enfield" bolt-action rifle # 28248 (.30-06) mfg. by Winchester in 1917 with W / 8-17 marked barrel. A WWII reworked example in Excellent condition with 95% or better Parkerized finish. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong. Wood has zero handling-marks.
