BELGIAN Model 1900 semiautomatic pistol # 7084 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale, Herstal around 1900. Excellent condition with 95% bluing, much "strawed" color on minor parts, some holster-wear at edges from normal use. All-matching numbers, bore has some minor pitting in the grooves but the lands are quite strong. Black FN-logo bakelite grips are intact. BRITISH Mark I revolver #16152 (converted to .45 ACP) mfg. by Webley & Son in 1890. with 4" barrel and bird-head grip. Very Good condition, with 80% original bluing somewhat faded and turning to plum. All-matching numbers, many military proofs (including huge broad-arrow on top-strap), Royal Navy marked on back strap. BRITISH Mark VI revolver #278903 (.455 Webley, unconverted) mfg. by Webley & Son in 1917 with 6" barrel and squared grip. Excellent condition, with 95% original strong bluing and very few of the expected handling marks. All-matching numbers (the cylinder unnumbered). Excellent condition, with 98% original slightly mottled bluing and only a few of the expected handling marks. BRITISH Enfield No.2 Mk.1** revolver #V3553 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1942. Near excellent condition, with 90% original chipped "stoving", very "tight" action and a strong, shiny bore. All-matching numbers, a nice non-modified example with black bakelite grips (the left "ear" filed down, as was common). FTR/52 stamped on right side of frame. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $250. CZECH Model CZ-22 semiautomatic pistol #18921 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Ceska Zbrojovka, Brno in 1923. Good condition with maybe 30% original blue (some pitting on either side of slide at muzzle) with bold markings. All-matching numbers except for magazine (#11204, original smooth walnut one-piece grip with some dings but no cracks or chips. Unit-marked 52D.120. on front-strap. FRENCH Model 17 "Unique" semiautomatic pistol #108930 (.32 ACP) mfg. in the late 1940's by Manufacture d'Armes des Pyrénées. Excellent condition with little wear and a near-perfect mirror bore. Black-plastic RF-logo (Republique Francaise) grips, this is the Kriegsmodel version with 9-shot magazine and a hammer instead of a striker (pistols of this type were also made during Nazi occupation). FRENCH Model 1935S M1 semiautomatic pistol (7.65 French Longue) # F2085 mfg. in the late 1940's by Chatellerault. Very Good condition with 60% blued military finish (some of it turning brown), a bit of verdigris on left side from being "holstered wet". Bore is a bit pitted but serviceable. Not import-marked. GERMAN Dreyse Model 1907 semiautomatic pistol # 248359 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Rheinische Metallwaaren & Maschinenfabrik around 1924. Very Good condition with 80% bluing (some erosion of finish on right side from being "holstered wet"). Upper (slide & barrel unit) numbered 12362. Near Excellent condition with about 95% original bluing (left side of slide mottled from being "holstered wet". Bore is slightly pitted but very shiny and strong. Near Excellent condition with about 90% original bluing and nice military finish, bore is excellent and mirror-bright with a couple tiny areas of crud in the grooves. Near Excellent condition with 90% original bluing (slight holster-wear at edges) and bright parts showing much of their "case-colors". SWEDISH Model 1887 Nagant revolver #9563 (7.5 Nagant) mfg. by Husqvarna in c.1903. Excellent Plus condition, with 90% original bluing (some oxidation) and bright parts showing 100% golden "straw". All-markings are clear, and the action is extremely smooth with great double-action and single-action trigger-pulls. The bore is mirror-like and very strong with little evidence of use. Unit-marking L Nº 5566 over A stamped on right side of frame. Grips are sharply checkered walnut. One of only 13,732 produced by Husqvarna 1898-1905. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $225. C&R SOLD

ARGENTINE Model 1909 Mauser bolt-action rifle # C5685 (7.65x54) mfg. by DWM in 1910. Excellent condition, with 90% original factory bluing and all-matching numbers (including cleaning-rod, but mismatched muzzle-cap), barrel-bands turned to brown. "Receiver in the white" crest above chamber intact and very strong. Bore is excellent and bright. Buttstock is dark walnut and possibly very lightly sanded with only a few dings from handling. CHILEAN Model 1895 Mauser bolt-action rifle # G9388 (7mm) mfg. by Loewe in 1895. Near Excellent condition, with 90% original factory bluing (turning plum on receiver) and clear Chilean crest above chamber. All-matching numbers, bore is somewhat bright and strong with well-defined lands and grooves. Buttstock is reddish walnut with same-color handguard, each having been sanded long ago with only a few of the expected handling-marks since (1895-dated acceptance-cartouche clear). FRENCH Model 1949/56 MAS semiautomatic rifle #G16424 (7.5x54) manufactured at St. Etienne in 1982. Excellent PLUS, virtually unissued with 100% dark parkerized finish, all matching numbers and an excellent mirror-bright bore. Zero handling marks on the wood (which literally looks new) or metal, includes many accessories including 4 magazines, sling, bayonet, cleaning-kit, manual and rubber buttplate. GERMANY Model Gewehr 98 Mauser bolt-action rifle # 2442s (8x57) mfg. by Danzig in 1916. Good, what little bluing remains has turned to brown. Triggerguard matching receiver, remaining parts mismatched. Bore is strong but not terribly bright. Bolt correct for this rifle and headspaces properly. Correct and functional rollercoaster-type "Grand Vizier" rear-sights. Decent-looking Beech stock with some figured grain with a few scrapes and scratches from normal handling. ITALIAN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action Truppi-Speciale carbine (8x57) mfg. by Brescia in 1943-4. Very Good condition, excellent mirror-bright bore, wood a bit beat-up with cracked handguard but otherwise sound. Metal and stock very dirty and in need of cleaning, no cleaning rod. JAPANESE Type 38 Arisaka bolt-action rifle, Series 27, #72370 (6.5x50) mfg. at Koishikawa in c.1935. Excellent condition with nearly full original bluing, mismatched bolt, intact mum. This type has ladder v-type rear-sight with long cleaning-rod but no action-cover. PERSIAN Model 98/29 Mauser bolt-action rifle # C04463 (8x57), mfg. by Brno on Sept. 6th, 1934 (A.H. 1313). New, unissued condition, with 100% bluing, action-bolts have flawless "straw" coloring. Has perfect mirror-bright bore and all-matching numbers, all markings clean with a magnificent lion-crest above chamber. Gorgeous Streaked Walnut stock has perfect original antique-furniture type finish with virtually no handling-marks. SWEDISH Model 38 Mauser bolt-action short-rifle # 667551 (6.5x55), mfg. by Husqvarna in 1942 with turned-down bolt. Excellent PLUS condition, with 98% or more intact bluing. All-matching numbers with a perfect, mirror bore (bore-disk reads 6.50/0). Beech stock with matching handguard in nearly perfect condition with original finish (only three tiny 1/8" scuffs on wood). SWISS Model 1869/71 Vetterli bolt-action infantry rifle #3741 (10.4mm Swiss rimfire) mfg. by Valentin Sauerbrey in c.1871. Excellent condition overall, all-matching numbers, all exterior metal (except bands and buttplate) has wonderful bluing. Has 12-round tubular magazine, bent-holes in bolt and no bayonet-lug. Bore quite strong, with bright lands but areas of crud and possible pitting in the grooves. Wood is quite dark Walnut, with checkered forend and only a few handling-marks on its original finish with all cartouches clear. No import marks, a very scarce manufacturer. PHOTOS . . . $375. VENEZUELAN Model FN-49 Saive semiautomatic rifle #4604 (7x57) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale in c.1953. UNISSUED, with 100% original painted finish (stoving) and mirror-perfect bore (literally looks unfired). All-matching numbers, Venezuelan crest on receiver is extremely bold and beautiful, with slotted muzzle-break. Very lovely streaked reddish-walnut stock with excellent figure and several BOLD cartouches, a couple of very insignificant handling-marks. Includes original bayonet that came with this rifle, as well as original leather sling. Certainly one of the finest examples of this rifle we have ever encountered, not import-marked.
