EGYPTIAN "Hakim" semiautomatic rifle # 50631 (8x57) mfg. by Maadi in 1961. Near Excellent condition, with mostly full original blued finish with a mostly bright very strong bore. FINN Model P-26 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 2424 (7.62x54R) mfg. by AV1 on a hex receiver. Very Good or better condition with 80% bluing. Bore is somewhat bright with pronounced rifling, has not been counterbored at muzzle. Bolt-knob numbered 2424 (matching).  Includes cleaning-rod, one-piece Russian stock has many handling marks (as can be expected), unit disk has been removed. FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 37476 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Tikka  in 1931. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 99% or better bluing and an excellent mirror-bright bore (has been counterbored at muzzle to improve accuracy).  Bolt-body numbered 37476 (matching).  Two-piece Finn stock has a dings but is otherwise as-new.   Scarce this nice.  PHOTOS . . . $1250.      C&R      SOLD 

FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 19344 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Bohler-Stahl  on an undated Tula receiver.   Very Good condition, with 60% or better fading bluing and an extremely bright bore.  Bolt knob numbered 344 (matching). Struck-through Civil Guard numbers  S2554 on right side of barrel-shank (Helsinki Civil Guard district, which is the capitol of Finland).  One-piece Finn stock has dual sling-slots with original finish with the expected dings and dents from actual service usage.  PHOTOS . . . $825.        C&R      SOLD 

FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 30686 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Tikka.   Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing and a somewhat shiny bore.  Bolt body numbered 30686 (matching). Struck-through Civil Guard numbers  S115575 on right side of barrel-shank (Kainuu Civil Guard district, which is in Eastern Finland and borders Karelia, which is now part of Russia).  One-piece Finn stock has dings and dents from actual service usage.  PHOTOS . . . $900.        C&R      

FINN Model 28/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 34086 (7.62x54R), mfg. by SAKO in c.1930 (undated) on a post-1898 receiver with SK.Y civil-guard marking.  Very Good condition, most bluing present but fading with age. Bore is extremely bright and strong.  Bolt knob numbered 4086 (matching), triggerguard has some external pitting that doesn't affect function at all.  Struck-through Civil Guard numbers  S72645 on right side of barrel-shank (Sortavala Civil Guard district, a town in Karelia that was annexed to Russia after WWII). Stock has many old scratches but original finish, handguard appears to be a new replacement. Includes tan fabric M-28 sling with [SK.Y] stamped into the leather end and [SA] stamped in ink on the fabric.  Scarce early undated issue.  PHOTOS . . . $1200.      C&R     

FINN Model 28/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 66184 (7.62x54R), mfg. by SAKO in 1939 on a post-1898 receiver with SK.Y civil-guard marking.  Excellent condition, with 95% or better fading bluing and an excellent mirror-bright bore.  Bolt body numbered 66184 (matching) S38714 on right side of barrel-shank (Kanta-Häme Civil Guard district, a region in South West Finland).  Original one-piece 28/30 stock has been nicely refinished with Tru-Oil or something similar, with a bold 1939-dated Civil Guard cartouche on right side, Extremely attractive.   PHOTOS . . . $1500.      C&R     

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 32802 (7.62x54R) mfg. by VKT (Valmet) in 1941. Excellent-PLUS, literally UNISSUED condition with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts with mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Matching bolt-knob, magazine-floorplate and buttplate scrubbed (as usual). FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # CM2119 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1939 with PUOLUSTUSLAITOS plus 41 and [SA] Finn property-marks on barrel-shank   Near Excellent or better condition with most bluing remaining on external metal. Bore is mostly bright with pronounced rifling (has been counterbored at muzzle).  Bolt body stamped 2119 (matching), buttplate scrubbed, magazine floorplate mismatched.   Two-piece Finn buttstock has some dings on right side, else with the expected handling marks. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 6300f (8x57) mfg. by Steyr-Daimler-Puch (code bnz 4) in 1944.  Very Good condition with 60% or better bluing and intact Nazi markings.  All original and matching serial numbers on all parts (except rear band, which is numbered 45 and installed upside down). The bore is mirror bright and very strong.  Buttstock is laminated with cupped buttplate with Eagle / H cartouche on right side of stock. No cleaning rod or front sight hood, has stamped small parts. PERSIAN Model 98/29 rifle # P4097 (8x57) mfg. by Brno in 1939 (1317 Anno Hijera). Excellent condition, with all-matching serial numbers. Internally perfect with a mirror-perfect bore, some remaining original cosmoline in the action.  Wood is walnut with nice grain and a beautiful furniture-type finish.  Some contact-marks and small inventory stamps but no cracks.   PHOTOS. . . $1150.*     C&R      SOLD 

SOVIET Model SVT-40 Tokarev semiautomatic rifle # ZhL4164 (7.62x54R), mfg. at Tula in 1941. Excellent-PLUS arsenal-refurbished with 100% bluing and plum-colored bolt. Has a strong mostly bright bore, receiver is grooved for scope-mount, features 12-slotted muzzle-break. Stock and handguard has some scrapes and other handling marks, two small arsenal repairs on left side. Includes cleaning-rod and mismatched 10-round SVT-40 magazine. SOVIET Model SVT-40 Tokarev semiautomatic rifle # TB4650 (7.62x54R), mfg. at Tula in 1943. Excellent arsenal-refurbished with 100% bluing and plum-colored bolt. Has a strong mostly bright bore, receiver is NOT grooved for scope-mount, features 4-chambered muzzle-break. Naval AVT stock (with sling-slots instead of swivels) and handguard has many scrapes and other handling marks but none of the usual arsenal repairs. SOVIET Model SKS-45 Simonov semiautomatic rifle # LA3036 (7.62x39) mfg. by Tula  in 1953.  A NEW IN BOX Excellent-PLUS refurbished example with 100% blue and a chromed mirror-bright bore.  All matching serial numbers, stock has been renumbered to match. Has lovely solid stock & handguard, cleaning-kit still in the butt-trap. SWEDISH Model 96B bolt-action Mauser infantry rifle # 380580 (6.5x55) mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1916 with straight bolt and threaded muzzle (threads protected by metal cap).  Very Good PLUS condition, about 80% fading external bluing. Has bright and strong bore (disk stamped 6.50/3), all visible parts serial numbered 580 (except cleaning rod, as usual).  Rear sight is of the M55 type, a precision wheel graduated from 100 to 800 meters (a sight usually only found on the 41B sniper rifle).  Elm stock and handguard has some handling-marks, heavy rusted area on buttplate, includes very good condition brown leather sling. SWEDISH Model 38 bolt-action Mauser short rifle # 616750 (6.5x55) mfg. by Husqvarna in 1941 with bent bolt and non-threaded muzzle.  Very Good PLUS condition, actually better but the bluing on the exposed barrel has faded to grey from something other than wear. Has bright and strong bore (curiously has a unit disk rather than a bore quality disk).  All visible parts serial numbered 750 (many parts have Husqvarna "crooked crown" instead).    Beech stock and handguard has some minor handling-marks. SWISS Model K-31 Schmidt-Rubin short rifle # 528481 (7.5x55mm) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1934. All-matching serial numbers including magazine. Very Good condition with 60% or better external bluing and a perfect, mirror bore. Wood is walnut with nice figure and the usual dings and handling marks in the finish, VIII 43 stamped beneath buttplate. Includes muzzle-cap. PHOTO  . . . $825.      C&R      

U.S.A. Model 1917 bolt-action rifle # 144406 (.30-06) made by Remington in May 1918Excellent condition, with nearly full Parkerized finish remaining on all external metal. Bore is mirror bright and very strong (TE 3.5, MW 1.5).  Completely functional and nice for these, RA-P / 3EM-K cartouche on left side. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $1250.*   C&R     

YUGOSLAVIAN Model 48A Mauser bolt-action rifle # P52911 (8mm) mfg. by Zastava in 1953. Excellent-PLUS condition, a large-ring intermediate-length Mauser with 99% or better original bluing and a sharp mirror-bore. Has clear Tito-era crest above chamber, bent-bolt (with bottom of knob flattened) and all other serialized parts numbered or renumbered 52911 (matching), Has stamped front band, triggerguard and magazine floorplate.
