A rearsenaled long rifle in Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing with stamped matching bolt-knob. 97 00002 (.50 caliber) mfg. by Norinco in
1997, literally the SECOND of only TEN
ever manufactured. UNISSUED and literally unfired, with a wood and brass
"ramrod" below barrel. Wood has a few nicks in the finish, but is
otherwise as new, metal has 100% bluing. This
is one of the rifles brought to the 1998 S.H.O.T. show in Las Vegas for display
by Interstate Arms Corp, but further manufacture and marketing was abandoned
after Chinese imports were outlawed. Nipple for primer-caps can be accessed by
pulling back the bolt, hammer sets off the primer after bolt is closed, safety

Has all-milled parts electro-penciled 4677 to match receiver. The bore is very strong and bright. Buttstock is laminated with cupped, blued buttplate having faint WaA656 cartouche on right side. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 4265d (8x57) mfg. by Erma (code ax 41) in 1941. A sporterized example of an all-matching 98k rifle in Excellent condition, with 90% bluing. Bolt (and all bolt-parts, as well as magazine-floorplate and triggerguard) matching receiver, stock has been cut at rear-band and bolt disassembly-disk removed and filled-in. No other military hardware remaining, front sight has been replaced with LYMAN ramp with bead, rear sight removed and a Williams receiver sight added. The bore is very strong and bright. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action 8mm rifle # 1169 manufactured at the MAUTHAUSEN CONCENTRATION CAMP under the supervision of Steyr-Daimler-Puch (code large-letter bnz 44) in 1944 especially for the dreaded Nazi SS. An all-original and correct bringback rifle with ALL MATCHING NUMBERS in Near Excellent condition with 80% original bluing. Stamped barrel-bands and triggerguard (marked byf, as is correct for these), milled magazine-floorplate, milled follower stamped lxr. Includes cleaning rod and correct leather sling. Buttstock matching but was broken at the wrist and crudely glued together, the stock was then sanded and varnished (I really wish they had not done that). Has near-perfect mirror-bright bore, bolt is correct but not matching. All markings clean with Arabic numerals on rear sight leaf and a magnificent lion-crest above chamber.
