ARGENTINE Model 1927 Sistema Colt semiautomatic pistol; # 67530 (.45 ACP), mfg. at F. M. in the mid 1930's. Near Excellent condition, with most original finish remaining. Bore is a little worn but mirror-bright. All matching numbers (unnumbered Colt magazine), all markings clear, D.G.F.M. (F.M.A.P.) on left side, which is short for Direccion General de Fabricaciones Militares (Fabric Militar de Armas Portatiles), with bold Argentine crest and EXERCITO ARGENTINA on right side of slide. ARGENTINE Model Ballester-Rigaud semiautomatic pistol; # 7316 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafasda for the National Frontier Guards in the mid 1940's. Very Good condition, with mottled blued finish worn but mostly intact. Bore is a little worn but mirror-bright. All markings clear with bold Argentine crest and GENDARMERIA NACIONAL on right side of slide. BRAZIL Model 1917 revolver # 169873 (.45 ACP) mfg. by Smith & Wesson in 1937. All-matching numbers, Excellent condition, the bluing almost full even though many tiny contact-marks on the metal and grips from being stored loose with other weapons. Bore is extremely bright with some old crud in the grooves. Brazilian crest and date very clear, as are all markings. Walnut grips a bit battered but sound, intact lanyard-ring. Not import-marked. Excellent condition, with all-matching numbers. with serrated black plastic thumb-rest grips. 90+% original enameled finish on metal, complete with lanyard-ring, gorgeous mirror bore, action very tight. BRITISH Webley Mark IV revolver # 75759 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Webley & Scott Ltd. in 1943. Excellent condition, with 95% original "oil-blacked" finish remaining, WAR FINISH stamped on left side of frame, very "tight" action and a minty brilliant bore. Near Excellent condition with all-matching numbers. 80% or better Parkerizing throughout, all matching numbers with strong Canadian arrow in C and crossed-flags military markings on right side of frame. Excellent condition with 90% high-polish blue finish with nearly full "straw" color on trigger, extractor and hammer, showing holster-wear from actual usage. SPANISH Ruby-type semiautomatic pistol # 8577 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Juan Esperanza y Pedro Unceta in Guernica in 1915. Near Excellent condition with 90% original bluing on frame and slide. Bore is quite bright and very strong (has small bulge by chamber), checkered walnut grips are intact. One of over forty firms hired to manufacture Ruby pistols during the Great War (the French bought over 700,000 Ruby pistols during and just after WWI).
