A Russian-capture in Excellent condition, small parts electropenciled 7501 to match receiver, stock re stamped 7501 by the Russians on left side. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. A Russian reworked rifle in Excellent condition, with 100% bluing and intact Erma stylized "stick-eagles" (two on the left side, three on the right). Has all-milled parts electro-penciled 7687 to match receiver. The bore is strong and mostly bright. Buttstock is from WWI Model 98a carbine, solid walnut with grasping-grooves and flat buttplate. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action 8mm rifle # 321 with SINGLE RUNE atop chamber manufactured at the MAUTHAUSEN CONCENTRATION CAMP under the supervision of Steyr-Daimler-Puch (code bnz 4) in 1944 especially for the dreaded Nazi SS. Russian-captured and reworked from randomly assembled parts with 100% hot-dip bluing, stamped front barrel-band, else all milled parts electro-penciled 321 to match receiver, buttstock has been sanded and shellacked by the Russians as usual and shows some of the usual handling-marks with cupped buttplate. Bore is bright and strong, totally functional. All Nazi markings clear and not pinged. Extremely rare! Authenticity of SS markings ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEED! No cleaning-rod or locking-screws. GUATEMALAN Model vz24 bolt-action Mauser rifle # 0068 (7mm) mfg. by CZ in 1924. Excellent condition with bold Guatemalan national crest (long-tailed Quetzal bird atop Constitution, crossed rifles behind and crossed swords below) above chamber. Excellent bore, straight-handled bolt mismatched (as usual) but correct for issue. Wood looks unissued with several small cartouches. ITALIAN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action Cavalry Carbine # I5841 (7.35x53 mm) mfg. by F.N.A. Brescia in 1938. Excellent, with 95% bluing and absolutely perfect mirror-bore. Wood has original finish with some dings and scuffs and very bold 7.35 and Brescia Arsenal cartouche stamped on left side. Missing spike-bayonet and screw for front barrel-band. Hobbs pg. 16. PERSIAN Model 98/29 Mauser bolt-action rifle # C07330 (8x57), mfg. by Brno in 1931 (A.H. 1309). New, literally UNISSUED condition, with 100% bluing, action-bolts have flawless "straw" coloring. Has perfect mirror-bright bore and all-matching numbers except bolt (which is numbered in Farsi C07331, quite likely a factory error), all markings clean with a magnificent lion-crest above chamber. SWEDISH Model 41B Mauser bolt-action SNIPER rifle # 504603 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1923 with straight-bolt and attached AJACK 4x90 scope (with near-perfect optics). Excellent-PLUS condition, with 95% original bluing on all parts, all-matching numbers (except cleaning-rod). Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore (disk marked 6.51/1). Beech stock & handguard seems to have its original finish, with only a few very minor compressions and nicks from contact with other rifles. Complete with leather lens-caps and metal scope-can numbered to rifle. Quite possibly the nicest Swedish sniper rifle we have literally ever seen or handled, and worthy of the finest collection.
