PISTOLS

ARGENTINE Model Ballester Molina semiautomatic pistol; # 40856 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafasda for the Argentine National Security Force in the later 1940's  Excellent condition, with very little external wear on the 90% or better Parkerized finish.  Bore is a little worn but mirror-bright. All matching numbers including magazine, all markings clear with bold Argentine crest and GENDARMERIA NACIONAL on right side of slide. Includes one 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol). This is somewhat of a copy of the Colt 1911 with some differences (no grip-safety) based on the "Star Super" pistols.  They are both very reliable and accurate.   PHOTO. . . $375.   C&R  SOLD

CZECH Model CZ-82 semiautomatic pistol # 128100 (9x18) mfg. by Ceska Zbrojovka AG, Strakonice in 1990. Excellent condition, with all-matching numbers, with one "hi-cap" 12-round magazine. This is the military version of the CZ-83, with polygonal rifling and round trigger-guard. PHOTOS . . . $325.   not C&R   SOLD

CZECH Model CZ-83 semiautomatic pistol # 34529 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Ceska Zbrojovka AG, Strakonice in 1990. Excellent condition, with all-matching numbers, with one "hi-cap" 13-round magazine. This is the earlier type with round trigger-guard (the ones made recently have squared trigger-guards). PHOTOS . . . $325.  not C&R  

U.S.A. Model "Luger" semiautomatic pistol # 16133 (.22 LR), mfg. at Stoeger Arms Corporation mfg. until 1985.  Excellent condition, with very little external wear on the 95% or better blued finish.  Bore is a little worn but mirror-bright and very strong. Obviously a "clone" of the German P-08 Luger pistol, but having some properties of the Lahti as well. Cheaply made, they were nonetheless solid-steel, functional and accurate. AUSTRALIAN No.1 Mk.III* SMLE bolt-action rifle # E70145 (.303 British) mfg. by Lithgow Arsenal in 1943 with 3-55 dated barrel (FTR MA-55).  Excellent condition with gorgeous mirror-bright bore. All matching numbers, Australian coachwood SLAZ 43-marked stock has been nicely refinished with only a few marks on the left side since. A very attractive example, complete with correct Model 1907 bayonet & scabbard (mfg. by Wilkinson Sword, with coachwood grips to match stock of rifle) in excellent condition with green-web frog (bayonet not shown in photo). BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.2 Enfield bolt-action rifle # PF240229 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in May 1952. Excellent condition, with mostly intact black-painted "stoving" (paint chipping at sharp edges) and mirror-bright bore. All-matching numbers with 2-marked bolt-head. Wood is Beech in excellent condition (may have been lightly refinished) with very few minor handling-marks. Includes spike-bayonet (not shown).  PHOTOS . . . $295.   C&R   SOLD

BULGARIAN Model SA-93 Kalashnikov semiautomatic carbine # AB34 4665 (7.62x39) mfg. at Arsenal with milled receiver in the late 1990'sUNISSUED, test-fired only with perfect bluing and perfect mirror-bore. Includes thumbhole laminated buttstock and correct web-sling. Includes one 20-round magazine.  Accepts all high-capacity AK magazines, includes original box (a bit tattered) and instruction-manual, as well as 75-round Chinese drum magazine with cloth bag (not illustrated) where legal.  PHOTOS . . . $695.   not C&R     

CZECH Model 98k Mauser bolt-action long rifle # 2728i (8x57) mfg. by Brno after WWII with all postwar features (stamped bands and "winter" triggerguard, no provision for cleaning-rod, hole in buttplate for bolt disassembly).  Excellent condition with 90% thinning bluing and matching bolt (the only numbered part aside from the receiver). Top of receiver has been nicely scrubbed of markings, small postwar Czech lion-proofs on left side. Excellent mirror-bore, nice laminated stock has only a couple of very minor scuffs, includes repro 98k leather sling and original spring-steel front sight-hood. EGYPT Model ARM Kalashnikov semiautomatic carbine # AC0057391 (7.62x39) mfg. at Maadi with stamped receiver in 1993UNISSUED, test-fired only with perfect bluing and perfect mirror-bore. Includes thumbhole laminated buttstock and correct web-sling. FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 87229 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Tula in 1932, Finn ownership marking [SA] stamped on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 95% bluing with gorgeous mirror-bore and force-matched bolt.  Has gorgeous "potbelly" two-piece Finn stock (with lovely figure) and double-blade Finn front sight.  Includes cleaning-rod and sling-swivels.  PHOTOS . . . . $195.  C&R   SOLD

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 230328 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Sako in 1942, receiver ground. Very Good, with 80% thinning bluing with gorgeous mirror-bore and matching bolt-knob.  Two-piece wartime birch stock with strong SAKO cartouche on r. side, a few scuffs and dings from normal handling, some pitting on sides of magazine. FRENCH Model 1949/56 MAS semiautomatic rifle # G65429 (7.5x54) manufactured at St. Etienne in c.1963. Excellent condition, with 95% dark parkerized finish, mismatched bolt (as usual) with an excellent mirror-bright bore. RUSSIAN Model 44 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry carbine # LL980 (7.62x54R) mfg. at Izhevsk in 1946.  Excellent-PLUS condition, with 100% original bluing on metal and mirror-bright bore with strong rifling. All-matching numbers, wood appears to have been nicely refinished as it is simply too damned gorgeous. Includes cleaning-rod and sling.  PHOTOS . . . $150.   C&R   SOLD

RUSSIAN Model SVT-40 semiautomatic rifle # BG3187 (7.62x54R) mfg. at Tula in 1943 without scope-rails on receiver but with 12-slotted muzzle-break. Excellent PLUS condition, an arsenal-rework with 100% bluing on metal with gorgeous nicely-made and fitted reproduction walnut stock and handguard. SPANISH Model 1916 Mauser bolt-action short-rifle # Z7527 (7.62x51 CETME).  Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing on all parts. Has a very bright and strong bore and all-matching numbers, nice Civil Guard logo atop chamber. SWEDISH Model 96B Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # 164820 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1905 with straight-bolt and threaded muzzle.  Excellent PLUS condition, with 99+% original bluing on all parts. Has a mirror-perfect bore (bore-disc indicating 6.49/0). All-matching numbers (rear barrel-band has crown only, cleaning-rod un-numbered), Beech stock & handguard in gorgeous condition with just a couple of very minor handling-marks. SWEDISH Model 38B Mauser bolt-action short-rifle # 683613 (6.5x55), mfg. by Husqvarna in 1943 with bent-bolt and threaded muzzle.  Excellent PLUS condition, with 99+% original bluing on all parts. Has a very bright and strong bore (bore-disc indicating 6.49/3).  Rear sight is rotary type (250-600 meters). All-matching numbers, Beech stock & handguard looks as if it has been nicely refinished with just a couple of very minor handling-marks. Includes cleaning-rod and excellent leather sling. U.S.A. Model of 1917 bolt-action infantry rifle # 698804 (.30-06) mfg. by Eddystone in May 1918. Excellent condition with 95% or better black Parkerizing on metal and a somewhat bright bore. Stock is nicely refinished gorgeous walnut with small arsenal-repair near buttplate and a few dings on right side. U.S.A. Model M1 Carbine # 6509217 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Winchester in Early 1945 with an undated W-marked barrel.  Excellent condition with 98% Parkerized finish and original sling with oiler. A gorgeous example with very bright & shiny bore, includes three 15-round magazines (only where legal), has excellent postwar M2 buttstock and handguard. Model M1 commercial Carbine # D109 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Plainfield Machine Corporation in the 1960's utilizing all-milsurp small parts.  Excellent condition with 95% bluing, gorgeous mirror-bore. Has reproduction "paratrooper" M1A1 folding buttstock.
