BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.1 Enfield bolt-action rifle # AO10537 (.303 British) mfg. at Maltby in 1943. Excellent condition, with 98% intact military finish on major metal parts. All matching numbers, with mirror-perfect 2-groove bore and 0-marked bolt-head.  Rear sight is stamped ladder type. Wood looks almost new with a few compressions and handling-marks. BRITISH Model No.5 Mk.1 Enfield bolt-action "Jungle Carbine" # AC4793 (.303 British) mfg. at Fazakerly in 1947. Very Good to Excellent condition, with 90% intact military oil-blacked finish on metal. All mismatched numbers with dark but strong 5-groove bore and 0-marked bolt-head.  Wood has very few handling marks, handguard of lighter shade than stock, includes synthetic web sling.  PHOTOS . . . $475.   C&R   SOLD

CANADIAN Model No.4 Mk.1* Enfield bolt-action rifle # 45L3412 (.303 British) mfg. at Long Branch in 1943 refurbished via factory thorough repair at Fazakerly in 1947.  Excellent condition, with 98% intact military finish on all metal parts. All matching numbers, with mirror-perfect 5-groove bore and 1-marked bolt-head.  Rear sight is milled ladder type. Wood looks almost new with a few compressions and handling-marks. EGYPTIAN Model Hakim semiautomatic rifle # 51509 (8mm) mfg. by Maadi in 1969.   Near Excellent condition, with 95% original blued finish and strong extremely bright bore (much better than is usually seen). FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 03944 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by VKT in 1940 on a Remington receiver. Excellent condition with 90% or better bluing on all metal parts and a bright and very strong bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Matching bolt-knob, numbers on magazine-floorplate and buttplate not matching or scrubbed. Includes cleaning-rod and leather "dog-collar" type sling-swivels. One-piece Russian stock has quite a few dings, gouges and scratches, arsenal-repairs at toe and on left side of tang.  PHOTOS . . . $225.    C&R      

FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 26702 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1928 by Tikka. Very Good condition with 70% original bluing (less on barrel-bands and magazine) . Bolt has no number at all, bore is worn and not very bright, includes cleaning-rod. One-piece stock has AO scratched in left side and inlet for stock-disk in right with the expected handling-marks and dings from actual combat use. PHOTOS . . . $350.   C&R

FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 9471 (7.62x54R) undated. Good to Very Good condition with 50% fading bluing on action (none remaining on barrel-bands and magazine). Bolt-body numbered to receiver, bore is quite bright and strong. Two-piece stock has the expected handling-marks and dings, includes cleaning-rod. PHOTOS . . . $325.   C&R   

FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 62841 (7.62x54R) undated. Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing on metal. Bolt-body matching, bore is bright and strong. left-flat of receiver marked Ad.Mz (a WWI German-capture marking indicating the rifle this receiver was originally attached to was assigned to a German artillery depot at either Mainz or Metz). FINN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action short rifle # P2192 (7.35x53) mfg. by Terni in early 1939 with [SA] property-marks.  Excellent condition with 90% full bluing and an excellent, mirror-bright bore.  Bent bolt is unnumbered (as usual), stock matches receiver with bold large round 1939-dated Terni cartouche. Wood is sound with original finish, and the expected handling-marks.  Includes rare functional folding bayonet (no scabbard) in Good condition and correct side-mount thin leather sling. INDIAN SMLE No.1 Mk.III Enfield bolt-action rifle # C7809 (.303 British) mfg. by Enfield in 1908.   Excellent condition, with full oil-blackened finish, all-matching numbers, has windage-adjustable rear sight. Wire-wrapped forend for grenade-launching reinforcement.  Bore is quite bright and strong (showing little if any actual use). INDIAN SMLE No. 2A Enfield bolt-action rifle # A17566 (7.62x51 NATO) mfg. by Ishapore arsenal in 1964.   Near Excellent condition, with full stoving (black enamel finish) on metal. All-matching numbers, bore is quite bright and strong (showing little if any actual use). Walnut stock and handguards are sound with a few minor handling-marks, includes white Enfield web-sling. ISRAELI Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 4217s (7.62x51 NATO) mfg. by Steyr Daimler Puch (code 660) in 1940.  Good or better condition, with most blued finish intact but turning brown and mismatched parts. Receiver stamped with Star of David, Nazi markings angrily obliterated. Bore is dark and frosted, wood is beech with 7.62 branded at bottom and 1" thin crack at tang. SPANISH Model 1893 Mauser bolt-action rifle # E6561 (7x57mm) mfg. by Oviedo in 1898.  Very Good condition, with 70% bluing turning brown and mis-matched bolt. Crest above chamber very bold, bore is dark and pitted. Walnut stock and handguard has original finish with the expected handling-marks and dings but is sound with lovely circular OVIEDO 1898 cartouche on right side.. No crest above chamber, bore is very bright and strong. Walnut stock looks to having been sanded with very few handling-marks since, wooden dowel serving as cleaning-rod. SPANISH Model 1943 Mauser bolt-action short rifle # H-629 (8x57) mfg. by La Coruņa in 1947.  Excellent condition, with 95% strong bluing on all parts and matching bolt, triggerguard and magazine-floorplate. Crest above chamber very bold, bore is mostly bright with some dark areas in the grooves. Nice walnut stock and handguard has very few handling-marks and bold CIVIL GUARD cartouche on right side. SPANISH Model FR-7 Mauser bolt-action tactical carbine # FR7-00157 (7.62x51) mfg. by Oviedo as a Model 1916. Excellent condition, with 95+% Parkerized metal surfaces and a sharp mirror-bore. Matching bent-bolt, no crest atop receiver (as usual for the FR-7). Streaked walnut stock looks as if it has original finish with some handling-marks and scrapes, includes original sling. SPANISH Model 1921 Destroyer bolt-action carbine # 41766 (9x23 Largo) mfg. by Ayra Duria in 1965. Very Good condition with 90% bluing on receiver, mostly worn off of last 10" of barrel and barrel-bands from being held at port-arms with sweaty hands. Has a sharp mirror-bore, only numbers on bolt are 33. Stock is quite nice with some minor dings and compressions, includes Chinese SKS sling. PHOTOS . . . $275.   C&R   SOLD

SWEDISH Model 94/14 Mauser bolt-action carbine # 49433 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf  in 1907 with bent-bolt.  Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing on all parts. Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore, has added muzzle-extension required for importation.  Bolt (and all bolt-parts) numbered 307, rest of rifle has all-matching numbers (433). Walnut stock & handguard has original finish, with very few handling-marks. Includes correct sling. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $850.   C&R 

SWEDISH Model 96 Mauser bolt-action rifle # 26636 (6.5x55), mfg. by Waffenfabrik Mauser in 1899 with straight bolt and threaded muzzle.  Very Good condition, with 60% thinning bluing on all major parts, virtually no blue remaining on small parts (bands, etc). Has strong markings and a bright and strong bore (disk marked 6.53/3).  All-matching numbers except cleaning rod (numbered 918). Walnut stock & handguard has considerable handling-marks but is sound. SWEDISH Model 38B Mauser bolt-action short rifle # 638938 (6.5x55), mfg. by Husqvarna  in 1942 with bent bolt and threaded muzzle. Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing on all parts (some wear on triggerguard from carry). Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore (disk marked 6.49/0).  All-matching numbers except rear band (946). Rear sight is of the T-type calibrated for 150-600 meters. SWEDISH Model 38B Mauser bolt-action short rifle # 678242 (6.5x55), mfg. by Husqvarna  in 1943 with bent bolt and threaded muzzle. Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing on all parts (some speckling on triggerguard and magazine-floorplate from carry). Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore (disk marked 6.49/1).  All-matching numbers (bolt-shroud and firing-pin electropenciled to match). Rear sight is of the T-type calibrated for 150-600 meters. TURKISH Model 1938 Mauser bolt-action short rifle # 4117 (8x57) mfg. by Ankara in 1944.  Excellent condition, with 95% strong dark Parkerized finish on metal. Turned-down bolt has flat-bottomed knob and does not match receiver (as usual), bore is very bright and strong. Nice walnut stock and handguard has very few handling-marks.
