Basically a pistol of the time-tested "Ruby" design with exposed hammer. Very Good condition with blotchy bluing very little actual wear and a near-perfect mirror bore. BELGIAN Model 1908 Bayard semiautomatic pistol # 255097 (.32 ACP),  mfg. by Pieper circa 1922. Near Excellent condition, with 85% original bluing, Belgian postwar proofs on right side.  Bore excellent and mirror-bright, all matching-numbers.  This was the smallest pistol ever officially adopted by any army, and were issued by Belgium both during and after WWI.  Smooth walnut grips, see Adamek, "Pistols of World War I", page 110. FRENCH MAB Model GZ semiautomatic pistol # 36179 (7.65mm, .32 ACP) mfg. by Echasa in Eibar (Spain) during the late 1950's - early 1960's. Basically a single-action version of the Walther PPK pistol made for MAB on contract for France with a steel slide and alloy-frame.  Excellent condition with nearly full bluing and a near-perfect mirror-bore. Excellent mirror-bright bore (several parts such as hammer, trigger, cocking-lever and extractor-spring in the "white"). This unique pistol-design has several groundbreaking features, including a tip-up barrel for loading the chamber, and an awkward-looking but effective swinging-bar attached to the right side of the slide to allow one to cock the pistol one-handed.
