FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 142008 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1899 with small [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Very Good condition with 50% evenly worn bluing. Bore is mostly bright with pronounced rifling, muzzle is not counterbored. Bolt-body stamped 142009 (matching).  Two-piece Finn stock is sound with some heavy scars from adjacent rifles but no cracks. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 18215 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1910 with two small [SA] Finn property-marks on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition with 90% or better external bluing. Bore is very bright and extremely strong, is counterbored at muzzle for increased accuracy. Bolt-body stamped 18215 (matching).  One-piece Russian stock has very few handling marks with blank brass unit-disk on right side. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 21451 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1913 with [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Very Good or better condition with 80% or better external bluing on barreled receiver (much less on magazine). Bore is somewhat bright and extremely strong, is counterbored at muzzle for increased accuracy. Bolt-body stamped 21451 (matching).  One-piece Westinghouse stock has  "English Contract" (in Russian) cartouche on left side with many heavy handling marks and dents (and two H letters scratched on right side) but is sound. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 68538 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1915 with [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Very Good or better condition with 80% or better external bluing on all metal parts. Bore is slightly rough with bright lands and is counterbored at muzzle. Bolt-body stamped 68538 (matching).  Two-piece Finn stock has old Civil Guard S 29106 numbers stamped on right side with some moderate handling marks and scratches. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 576477 (7.62x54R) mfg. by New England Westinghouse in 1915 with [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Better than Very Good condition with 90% bluing, but bore is rough from being fired with corrosive ammo and not cleaned properly afterwards, has been counterbored at muzzle. Bolt stamped 576477. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action  infantry rifle # 268095 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Remington in 1917 with [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition, with 95% or better bluing on all metal. Bolt-knob numbered 8095 (matching), magazine floorplate scrubbed, buttplate has different serial number. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong (has been counterbored at muzzle). Walnut buttstock has Finn splices with many medium nicks and handling marks. Includes cleaning rod. Scarce. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 190006 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1919 with scarce early Soviet large star and small script six-line legend, two small [SA] Finn property-marks on left side of barrel-shank. Near Excellent condition with 90% or better external bluing. Bore is very bright and extremely strong, is counterbored at muzzle for increased accuracy. Bolt-body stamped (among other things) 006 (matching).  One-piece Russian stock has quite a few handling marks as well as some numbers, letters, and notches scratched or stamped into it by bored soldiers but the wood is sound and not cracked. FINN Model 24 "Lotta" Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # S84834 (7.62x54R) mfg. by S.I.G. on a hex receiver and a stepped barrel. Very Good or better condition with most bluing. Bore is very bright with pronounced rifling, has not been counterbored at muzzle. Top of receiver has "Christmas Tree" marking (indicating the headspace has been corrected), the bolt-body numbered 84834 (matching). Includes cleaning-rod, two-piece Finn stock has very few handling marks and is inlet on right side for an absent unit-disk, there is a nicely done square arsenal-repair on left side at wrist.  Includes correct SK.Y marked web-sling in VG condition.   S84834 was not actually the serial number of this rifle, but was the Civil Guard District assigned to Kainuu, which was in the North of Finland. When these Civil Guard rifles were transferred to the Finnish Army in 1940, the original serial number was crossed out (likely because of duplication) and the Civil Guard number was utilized instead.   PHOTOS . . . $650.      C&R    SOLD

Very Good condition with 75% or better external bluing (turning a pleasing gray color). Bore is quite bright and very strong, not counterbored at muzzle. FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 7162 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Tikka in 1927 on a Remington hex receiver with a stepped barrel.  Excellent external condition having full bluing with a rough bore from use with corrosive ammo (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Bolt body stamped 7162 (matching), includes cleaning-rod, metal sling swivels with sewn-on leather sling.  Finn three-piece wartime stock has some neat figure in the grain as well as many nicks and dings from actual service use. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 99% or better bluing and a mirror bright and extremely strong as-new bore (not counterbored). Finn two-piece stock looks quite new, but has a long very thin long crack on left side of forend (only) that looks very inconsequential (but has been nonetheless priced accordingly). FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action DRAGOON rifle # 67954 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1925 with two small [SA] Finn property-marks on left side of barrel-shank. Very Good condition, with 80% or better bluing on all metal and a hexagonal receiver. Totally a real original Dragoon, with ladder rear sight, blade front sight and solid barrel-bands. Bolt-body stamped 67954(matching), magazine floorplate and buttplate have different numbered parts. Bore is somewhat bright with strong rifling, muzzle has been counterbored. Buttstock and handguard has the expected handling marks, with small letters DLI July 1965 scratched in two lines on the right side of the stock and large block initials DLI (highlighted in red) carved into left side by buttplate. FINN Model 38 Mosin Nagant bolt-action carbine # YN719 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevesk in 1939 on a round receiver, [SA] Finn property-mark on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition, with 92% bluing and a strong, mirror bright bore (not counterbored at muzzle). All-matching stamped serial numbers (including letter prefixes), has hooded post front sight and cleaning rod.  Stock and handguard are original and bears witness to having been through at least one war, with multiple dings and hash marks but no cracks.  Not import-marked, Finn Mosin Nagant carbines are quite rare, as the Finns were not sissies and they greatly preferred using rifles.   PHOTOS . . . $1350.    C&R    SOLD

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 228955 (7.62x54R), mfg. by SAKO in 1942.  Very Good or better condition, with considerable fading bluing and a better than expected strong and bright bore.  Bolt-knob stamped 8955 (matching). Wartime stock (rounded finger-joints) has really pretty marbled figure in the grain with some handling marks and bold SAKO wheel cartouche. Apparently someone in Finland attempted to mount a scope on the receiver by trying (unsuccessfully) to drill two holes on each side.  Perhaps it was officially done, perhaps not, but it was imported into the U.S.A. this way.  PHOTOS . . . $695.     C&R    SOLD

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 67415 (7.62x54R), mfg. by VKT in 1944.  Near Excellent condition, with full (but fading) bluing and an excellent bright bore.  Bolt-knob numbered 7415 to match. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 259196 (7.62x54R), mfg. by SAKO in 1945.  Excellent-PLUS condition, with full bluing and an excellent mirror-perfect bore.  Bolt-knob numbered 9196 to match. Postwar stock (squared finger-joints) is literally PRISTINE with zero handling marks! Includes cleaning-rod.
