OTHER STUFF:

COOL!    NUGENT, Ted:  God, Guns & Rock 'n' Roll.  This humor-filled book showcases Ted Nugent’s life philosophy, cultivated through his unique experiences of 52 years of hunting, politics and  rock & roll.  "In the book, God, Guns And Rock & Roll, I celebrate 52 years clean and sober. I’ve been surrounded by God, guns and rock and roll my entire life! God gets top billing because he represents my discipline to do the right thing. I’m surrounded by guns to feed my family and protect myself. The rock and roll is pretty self explanatory!"  Nugent is convinced that his chosen CLEAN life style and his relationship with nature have helped him avoid many of the pitfalls that have been a hangman’s noose for many of his rock and roll contemporaries ("they're all dead, and I'm still Ted" is a favorite quote).  The Nuge also shares his rather unique view on gun control, "God, not only gave us the right to self-defense, I think he gave us the moral obligation to win when confronted with evil. The only way a guy can survive an encounter with evil, is to keep and bear arms."  Much of his reminisces, opinions and rantings are extremely entertaining as well as spiritually enlightening, and I highly recommend this book to everyone interested in hunting, music, and the RKBA  (Ted has been a governor of the NRA for years). . . $24.95
