BELGIAN Model 1907 Clement semiautomatic pistol #10162 (.25 ACP), mfg. at Charles Ph. Clement in c.1909. Very Good condition with about 60% browned original finish. All-matching numbers, heavily-eroded bore with only traces of visible rifling but totally functional. Black-plastic grips chipped and repaired. CZECH Model CZ-27 semiautomatic pistol #533141 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Bohemian War Factory, Prague in late 1945. This is an immediate post-war example manufactured from parts made under Nazi occupation but assembled after the overthrow. Excellent condition with 95% original high-polish blue finish, the slide having a plum-hue. All-matching numbers, Nazi markings machined off the right side of frame and top of slide. Black bakelite grips are smooth and lack a manufacturers marking. Bore is excellent and somewhat bright with some minor frost in the grooves. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $225. C&R
EGYPTIAN Model 58 "Tokegypt" semiautomatic pistol (9mm) mfg. by F.E.G. (Hungary) in the early 1960's. Excellent (refinished) condition with 100% bluing. All-matching numbers (except magazine) with a strong, mostly-bright bore. Black-plastic wrap-around grips in good condition without any cracks, has original frame-mounted safety lever (they all did) and new leather sandal-type holster. This is a variant of the Russian Tokarev pistol chambered for the 9mm Parabellum (Luger) cartridge which was standard issue in the Egyptian Army (these pistols captured by Israel during the Six-Day War, with the Egyptian legend ground from left side of slide). FINN Model P-08 semiautomatic pistol #2352m (9mm) mfg. DWM in 7.65 Luger caliber in the mid-1920's and re-barreled to 9mm after WWII. Near Excellent condition with around 90% original bluing and a slightly grainy but otherwise strong and shiny bore. Most small parts not-numbered, eagle/N proof and [SA] stamp on left side of barrel-shank, Tikka proof stamped atop plum-hued barrel. FRENCH Model PA-15 MAB semiautomatic pistol #556014 (9mm), mfg. at Bayonne in the 1970's. Excellent condition with about 96% original bluing with a plum-hued slide. The bore is excellent and very shiny. All matching-numbers, black-plastic grips, with 15-round magazine. GERMAN Dreyse Model 1907 semiautomatic pistol # 28698 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Rheinische Metallwaaren & Maschinenfabrik around 1910. A really interesting and unique design (by Louis Schmeisser) in Very Good Plus condition with 90% bluing (some flecking of finish on left side from being "holstered wet"). All-matching numbers, bore has some pitting but is quite strong. Unit-marked K.P.P.B.VII № 82 on left side of frame, also marked K.B.82 on front-strap. Black bakelite grips have a RMF logo. GERMAN Model HSc Mauser semiautomatic pistol #817031 (.32 ACP) mfg. at Mauser in c.1944. Good condition, completely functional but with little original finish (appears to be blood-pitting), bore is strong and quite bright with a light frost. Nazi-markings bold, magazine-floorplate numbered 056. Walnut checkered grips have some attractive "tigerstripe" figure in them. MAUSER banner and all slide markings are legible but not crisp. GERMAN Model VP semiautomatic pistol #11538 (.25 ACP), mfg. at Fritz Mann Werkzeugfabrik, Suhl in 1921. Very Good condition with about 80% original bluing, bore is quite eroded but rifling is present. All matching-numbers, strong markings, with nice black plastic MANN-logo checkered grips. ROMANIAN Model 1912 Steyr-Hahn semiautomatic pistol (9mm Steyr) #4080e mfg. by Steyr in 1914. All-matching numbers, a reworked Romanian-contract pistol with the crest ground-off the left side of the slide. 100% external bluing with lightly frosted but strong and bright bore. SPANISH Model Vilar Ruby-type semiautomatic pistol # 52174 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Retolaza Hermanos in c.1915. Good condition with around 50% original bluing on frame and nearly totally browned slide. Bore is slightly pitted but strong, checkered walnut grips have a ¾" square superficial area on each side. Quite crudely made, these "Ruby" pistols were nonetheless favorites of French officers during WWI, who bought over 700,000 of them. SPANISH "Libia" semiautomatic vest-pocket pistol # 39879 (.25 ACP), a copy of the Browning/FN pistol mfg. by Fabrique d'Armes de Guerre de Grande Precision in the early 1920's. Very Good condition, with 100% Parkerized re-finish. These pistols were very well-made with a grip-safety as well as a manual one. Bore is quite eroded but rifling is distinct. Not import-marked. SPANISH "Martian" semiautomatic pistol # 3102 (.25 ACP), mfg. by Martin Bascaran, Eibar in 1934. Very Good condition, with 80% fading bluing and really bright strong bore. These pistols were very well-made with a pop-up front-sight (indicating whether or not the chamber was loaded) and a unique method of takedown by pulling down the rear of the triggerguard. Markings consist of AUTOMATIC PISTOL "MARTIAN" / CAL 7.65mm on left side of the slide, with serial # rendered as B.O.P.E. 3102, black checkered bakelite grips (the right one chipped) embossed with MARTIAN. SWEDISH Model 1887 Nagant revolver #1312 (7.5 Swedish Nagant) mfg. by Husqvarna in c.1899. Very Good Plus condition with excellent mirror-bore and all-matching numbers. Nickel-plated, likely by a Swedish officer long-ago. Unit-marked L № 10364 on right side of frame. A reworked example in Excellent condition with 95% or better phosphate external finish and mirror-bright sharp bore. Underside of bolt numbered to match, something ground from top of chamber. BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.2 Enfield bolt-action rifle #PF205600 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in May, 1950. Excellent, with 95% military "stoving" external finish on metal and original dark-stained Beech furniture. Has a mirror-perfect 5-groove bore, all-matching numbers with 2-marked bolt-head. CHILEAN Model 1895 Mauser bolt-action cavalry short-rifle #B2725 (7x57) mfg. by Loewe in 1895. Very Good condition, with 60% thinning bluing mostly turned to plum. Strong Chilean crest above chamber. No matching numbers, bolt (#B2031) is of the correct type and headspaces properly. Strong bore with dark grooves. CZECH Model VZ-52 semiautomatic rifle # K63210 (7.62x45), mfg. in 1955 at Brno. Very Good condition, with most remaining exterior finish turned to plum, with strong very bright bore. Wood has original finish, with some Arabic lettering in both paint and black marker, sound but with considerable handling-marks. FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle #64010 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Tikka in 1933. Excellent condition metal with excellent mirror-bright bore. Matching bolt-knob, front band (and band-screw) is missing and should be of the early, non-reinforced type. Buttstock is of the two-piece birch type with some handling-marks, a small loss of wood on the forend (which is how the front-band became lost), regardless an extremely attractive example. SWISS Model 1878 Vetterli bolt-action infantry rifle #190735 (10.4x38mm Swiss rimfire) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Bern c.1880. Very Good condition, all-matching numbers (and every part is numbered). 80% external finish (which has turned plum), bore quite rough and pitted with some remaining rifling. Wood appears to have been refinished long ago with only a few handling-marks since. U.S.A. Model 1903 "Springfield" bolt-action rifle with "C" stock #1275946 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1927 with 11-44 dated High Standard replacement barrel. Excellent condition with a perfect, mirror bore and 90% original uniform dark-gray Parkerizing. Stock has full pistol-grip and is made of walnut having a subtle fiddleback figure. Only a few scuffs and handling-marks from actual use and storage, no import-marks.
