BRITISH No.1 Mk.III SMLE bolt-action rifle # V24780 (.303 British), mfg. by Birmingham Small Arms in 1913.  Very Good condition with most oil-blacked finish remaining on external metal. Bore is very bright and strong, bolt, rear sight leaf  and nose-cap matching receiver. Stock has many handling marks from actual service use and "Ishie screw" through  forend. Butt has repair at toe. BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.2 Enfield bolt-action rifle # A12155 (.303 British) mfg. at Fazakerly in 1955. NEW, unissued, slathered in 1/4" thick dark brown cosmoline and "mummy wrapped" in brown kraft paper just as it left the factory 64 years ago.  Includes new No.5 Bayonet & scabbard. . . $1575.     C&R

CANADIAN Enfield No.4 Mk.I* bolt-action rifle # 55L1982 (.303 British) mfg. by Long Branch arsenal in 1943. Excellent-PLUS condition, with full original finish on all metal parts and an excellent mirror-bright bore with a 2-groove barrel. Bolt is matching with 1-marked bolt head. Stock is pristine with Canadian cartouche on bottom of forend. Rear sight is the L-shaped flip type, includes olive web sling in Excellent condition. Likely UNIMPROVABLE. DUTCH Model 1871/88 Beaumont-Vitali infantry rifle # V95 (11x52R) mfg. by P. Stevens, Maastricht in 1877. Very Good condition, with a rather dark but strong rifled bore. External metal was "in the white" and has turned brown and shows much actual wear, wood was refinished when the 1888 magazine conversion was performed in 1890, and has faint 1877-dated MAASTRICHT cartouche on right side. All-matching numbers (95), barrel and buttplate renumbered 1455 in 1890 when Vitali magazine was added. Mechanically sound (including the magazine-disconnect), lacks cleaning-rod, else complete and functional. . Not import-marked.  PHOTOS . . . $425.     Antique, no FFL required    SOLD

EGYPTIAN Model FN-49 SNIPER rifle # 35364 (8x57mm) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale in 1955. Excellent-PLUS condition, one of only two of these we have ever encountered. All-matching Arabic numbers (including scope and stock) and completely original and correct. Flash-hider similar to that on the Venezuelan FN49. Wood matching with brass buttplate and unit-disc on right side. Metal in exceptional condition, with a perfect mirror bore and no import-marks. Wood has some bumps from storage (mostly on the right side) and has added cheek-rest on comb. Optics are perfect, includes military web sling. A most handsome and exceedingly rare item. FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 32196 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1928 by Tikka on a 1916-dated Izhevsk receiver. Excellent condition with 95% bluing . Matching number on bolt-body, bore is mirror-bright and very strong (NOT counterbored at muzzle), includes cleaning-rod. FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 7770 (7.62x54R) with undated barrel.  Excellent condition with 95% bluing. Bolt knob numbered 5190 (matching) and on the right side of barrel-shank is stamped S50317 (struck-through), which is the Guard district for Etelä Kymenlaakso (in South-Eastern Finland).   Bore is mirror-bright and very strong (is counterbored at muzzle).  Includes cleaning-rod. Two-piece Finn stock has a few handling marks from use, large TRENCH-ART winged fairy figure (keijukainen) carved by bored soldier on left side. PHOTOS . . . $675.   C&R

FINN Model 28/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 45190 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1936 by SAKO on a post-1898 receiver with SK.Y civil-guard marking. Excellent condition with 95% bluing. Bolt knob numbered 5190 (matching) and on the right side of barrel-shank is stamped S123487, which is the Guard district for Pohja (in Southern Finland in the Uusimaa region).   Bore is mirror-bright and very strong (NOT counterbored at muzzle).  Includes cleaning-rod. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 46725 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1942 by VKT on a 1900-dated Tula receiver. Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing. Bolt-knob stamped 725 (matching). bore is excellent and mirror-bright, includes cleaning-rod. Wartime stock (rounded finger joints) has many dings and handling marks. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 75384 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1944 by VKT. Excellent-PLUS condition, literally UNISSUED with 100% original bluing. FINN Model 28-76 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action TARGET rifle # 10428 (7.62x54R) with 1969 dated barrel on a scrubbed hex receiver. Excellent condition with 95% or better external bluing. Bore is strong and mirror bright. Has aperture front and rear target sights. Birch target stock is quite attractive with a few very minor dings and no cracks. As nice as can ever be acquired. FINN Model SVT-40 Tokarev semiautomatic rifle # IE408 (7.62x54R), mfg. at Izhevsk in 1941 with Finn [SA] capture marking on left side of receiver.  Excellent condition with full bluing on all metal, bore is sharp and mostly bright. Bolt carrier and bolt serial # matches receiver, other parts mixed (as usual). Features twelve-chamber muzzle break and scope rails. FINN Model 96B Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # 346214 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1915 with straight-bolt and threaded muzzle, Finn [SA] capture marking on right side of top of receiver.  Excellent or better condition, with 95% original bluing on all parts. Has a mirror-bright very strong bore (bore-disk indicating 6.49/0).  All-matching serial numbers  (except cleaning rod), rear sight is the M55 dial type (typically found on 41B sniper rifles).  Walnut stock & handguard has its original finish, with many handling-marks and scuffs, Swedish address-label of previous owner on right side. FINN Model 96B Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # 494997 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1921 with straight-bolt and threaded muzzle, Finn [SA] capture marking on left side of receiver.  Very Good or better condition, with 85% original bluing on all parts. Has a mirror-bright very strong bore (bore-disk indicating 6.51/3).  All-matching serial numbers (except cleaning rod).  Beech stock & handguard has its original finish, with a few handling-marks. GERMAN Gewehr 88/05 Commission bolt-action rifle # 5678m (8x57JS) mfg. by Spandau in 1890. Externally Very Good or better condition, a Turkish refurb with most remaining bluing and retaining its metal barrel-jacket, magazine altered in 1905 to utilize regular stripper-clip loading. No matching numbers (as usual). Barrel and receiver S-marked, bore is mirror-bright. Walnut stock has faint imperial marking (refinished by the Turks many decades ago). Completely functional, I would not hesitate to shoot this (however I DO NOT recommend any firing military ammo in it, only modern U.S.-manufactured commercial loads in it rather than milsurp ammo). GERMAN Model Kar 98 bolt-action Mauser carbine # 227  (8x57mm) mfg. by Erfurt in 1918 with 1920 counterstamp.  Near Excellent or better condition, most bluing intact. Bolt (and all bolt parts) mismatched, else all other serial numbers match receiver. SWEDISH Model AG42B Ljungmann semiautomatic rifle # 31308 (6.5x55) mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1945. Excellent condition with 95% or better original bluing. Includes cleaning-rod, bore is excellent and mirror-bright with a 6.49/2 stamped bore-disk. Wood is beech with a few of the usual handling-marks. SWISS Model 1869/71 Vetterli bolt-action infantry rifle # 18006 (10.4mm Swiss rimfire) mfg. by Ost-Schweizerische Buschacher, St. Gallen in c.1871. Very Good condition, all-matching numbers. All original case-hardened finish turning to speckled brown color. Bore is very dark and rough with pronounced rifling. Wood is walnut with its original finish (cartouches clear) having a few of the expected handling-marks and dings. Includes cleaning-rod. U.S.A. Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen bolt-action infantry rifle # 461301 (.30-40 Krag) mfg. by Springfield Armory in January, 1904. Excellent condition with full bluing on all metal parts except bolt. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 849294 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1919 with March 1944 dated High Standard barrel.  Excellent condition with 95% or better Parkerizing on all metal. U.S.A. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 4813985 (.30-06) mfg. by Smith-Corona in September 1943. Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% or better dark gray Parkerizing on all metal, much original cosmoline present. A gorgeous example with near-perfect SC 9-43 dated bore (TE=1.0, MW = 0.0). Stock has only a few handling marks, 3985 stamped on right side and inscribed on handle of bolt. Literally looks unissued, not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $1500.    C&R    SOLD

U.S.A. Model M1D Garand semiautomatic SNIPER rifle # 2217861 (.30-06)  mfg. by Springfield Armory in December 1943.  Excellent-PLUS condition, with SA 3-52 barrel (throat-erosion 2.0). Has lock-bar rear sight, includes prong-type Hart flash-hider, leather cheek-pad (MRT / 11-62), WWII era M1 web-sling, and M10 cleaning-kit in butt-trap. Bedding of metal to wood is so good that it is difficult to remove the action. Walnut furniture is gorgeous with only a few minor dents and  scratches.   M84 scope # 1957 has excellent optics, includes olive-green cloth cover for scope.   PHOTOS . . . $3450.    C&R     SOLD
