COLOMBIAN Model 47 bolt-action rifle # 2086-58 (.30-06), mfg. by Madsen in 1958. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 98% original black-painted finish, bore is mirror-perfect. Stock has no apparent wear. EGYPTIAN "Hakim" semiautomatic rifle # 30990 (8x57) mfg. by Maadi in 1961. Excellent condition, full original blued finish with a mirror-bright very strong bore. Beech stock and handguard has many small handling marks (mostly dings, scuffs and scratches) from actual use. Includes correct Hakim bayonet and scabbard (in VF or better condition). FINN Model 24 "Lotta" Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # S3924 (7.62x54R) stepped barrel mfg. by S.I.G. on a scrubbed receiver. Very Good condition, with very little remaining bluing, bore quite bright with pronounced rifling. Bolt knob stamped 3924 (matching), magazine floorplate not matching, buttplate scrubbed, Top flat of receiver has crossed-through number S84030 (Savonlinna Civil Guard district). FINN Model P-26 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 2636 (7.62x54R) mfg. by AV1 on a hex receiver. Near Excellent or better condition with 80%+ bluing on receiver, barrel is in the white as made. Bore is somewhat bright with pronounced rifling, has not been counterbored at muzzle. Bolt not matching. Includes cleaning-rod, walnut New England Westinghouse buttstock has a few handling marks (as can be expected), "English Contract" cartouche on left side still discernable. Scarce. FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # S44199 (7.62x54R) undated Tikka barrel on a post-1899 hex receiver. Excellent or better condition with full bluing remaining on all metal. Bolt-body numbered 44199 (matching Civil Guard # on right side of barrel-shank (Civil Guard district of Lounais Häme, a region in South Western Finland), original serial number 23343 on left side of barrel-shank struck-through (which was very commonly done to avoid duplication of serial numbers). FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 63153 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Tikka in 1944 on a round receiver. Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts. Bolt-body numbered 63153 (matching), magazine-floorplate not matching (they literally never do), buttplate scrubbed. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong, (has NOT been counterbored). Excellent-PLUS, literally UNISSUED condition with 100% bluing and a mint mirror-bright bore. Bolt-knob numbered 5042 (matching), magazine floorplate and buttplate scrubbed. FRENCH Model 1890 MD Berthier bolt-action Cavalry Carbine # F30559 (8x50R Lebel), mfg. by St. Etienne in 1891. Very Good condition, with 80% or so bluing (barrel-band and magazine turned brown). All matching serial numbers, with a mostly bright and strong bore. Has had all arsenal-upgrades (5-round magazine, filled-in cleaning-rod channel, N on receiver & barrel, and so on), buttstock renumbered to match receiver. Quite a few handling-marks and dings from adjacent rifles with an arsenal repair at heel adjacent to buttplate and four notches cut into bottom. Excellent-PLUS arsenal refurbished condition with full Parkerized finish on all metal and a near perfect wood stock. FRENCH Model 1949-56 MAS semiautomatic rifle # H34336 (7.5x54) manufactured at St. Etienne in c.1965 and refurbished in both 1982 and 1996. Excellent-PLUS condition, with all Parkerizing intact and very little signs of wear. Has great mirror-bright bore. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 310 (8x57) mfg. by Brno (code dot) in 1944. An Iraqi-marked rifle in Excellent condition, with full bluing and tiny intact Nazi eagle on left side of receiver. Iraqi "Jeem" triangle-stamp on top of receiver and barrel-shank. Has stamped barrel-bands and winter triggerguard. No matching serial numbers, the bore is very strong and bright, and includes cleaning rod. The kriegsmodell stock is laminated with an arsenal repaired crack behind tang, a sling swivel added at bottom (no doubt an Iraqi modification, as we have seen that before). PHOTO . . . $1075. C&R
ITALIAN Model 1891 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action infantry rifle # AK3034 (6.5x52) mfg. by Terni in 1918. Excellent condition with 95% or so bluing, bore is mostly bright and strong. Has un-numbered straight bolt. Left side of stock has early 1920's refurbishment cartouche and does not match receiver with a few dings and handling marks. Includes cleaning rod. ITALIAN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action short rifle # BW6699 (6.5x52 Carcano) mfg. by Terni in Early 1941 (year XIX of Mussolini). Excellent condition with full original bluing on all metal, bayonet lug has been removed Bore is extremely bright and strong. SOVIET Model 91/30 PU SNIPER Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # BT3117 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Izhevsk in 1943. Excellent-PLUS original (not rearsenaled) condition with full bluing on all metal parts and a mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). No matching serial numbers, the bolt is not turned down (and needs to be to function). This is a SAMCO import (from Yugoslavia) that was imported without scope-mounts and scope, and successfully mated together with unmarked (original) mount and a 1942-dated SVT scope numbered 88656 with excellent optics. SOVIET Model SVT-40 semiautomatic rifle # ИИ1819 (7.62x54R), mfg. by Izhevsk in 1941. Excellent condition, with around 99% bluing throughout. An arsenal-rework with all-matching (electro-penciled) serial numbers except for magazine. Has 12-slot muzzle-break, has scope grooves in receiver, non-AVT stock. Bore is strong and bright with strong rifling. Cleaning rod missing. Wood has long thin arsenal repairs on both sides and many small arsenal cartouches clear. Reportedly a very good shooter. SWISS Model 96/11 Schmidt-Rubin infantry rifle # 229032 (7.5x55mm) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1898. All-matching numbers including magazine. Excellent condition, with full bluing intact on all metal parts. Bore is mirror-bright and extremely strong. Walnut stock and handguard has original finish with a few dings and handling marks, BERN (a Swiss Canton and capital of Switzerland) stamped on top flat of butt near buttplate.
