    CZECH Model vz22 Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # B4388 (8x57) mfg. by CZ in 1922-3.  Very Good or better condition (nearly all external blue intact, wear only at triggerguard and magazine-floorplate from carry) with curved 3-line legend atop receiver. No serial numbered parts matching, bore is mostly -bright and very strong, includes cleaning rod. Rear sight has Arabic numerals (Turkish contract).     FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 54348 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tikka in 1944.  Excellent condition with mostly full bluing on all metal parts and a round receiver.  Has a beautiful mirror-bore. 54348 on bolt body (matching).     FINN Model 27rv Mosin-Nagant bolt-action cavalry carbine # 73154 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1933 by Tikka on a hex receiver. Near Excellent condition with mostly full bluing on metal. Has matching-numbered bent-bolt with checkered flat-bottomed handle and groove in stock to allow for it as well as German-style slot through stock for sling. Bore is mirror-bright and extremely strong, includes cleaning-rod. Two-piece correct Finn stock has some handling marks and gouges from actual use, and a 4" x 1 1/2"arsenal repair on left side by grasping-groove. Not import-marked, without a doubt the RAREST Finn military firearm we have ever owned, and only the fifth one I have ever encountered (two of those were NOT for sale at any price and only ONE had a matching numbered bolt).  PHOTOS . . . $4500.     C&R    SOLD

    FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 203951 (7.62x54R) mfg. by SAKO in 1941 on a 1914-dated Tula receiver with a STRAIGHT STOCK.  Very Good condition with 60% bluing and a mostly bright very strong bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle).     ITALIAN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano short rifle # AB7513 (6.5x52) mfg. by Terni in early 1940 (the XVIII year of Mussolini). Near Excellent Good condition, with 85-90% original bluing remaining but no pitting. Strong if not bright bore, similar to what Lee Harvey Oswald ordered from Klein's in 1963.     RUSSIAN Model 1870 Berdan II bolt-action single-shot rifle # 61436 (10.6x57.5R) mfg. by Sestroryetsk Arsenal in 1874.   Very Good condition, with 60% thinning blue (some turning to plum) and very strong markings with Czarist eagle atop barrel-shank.  Bolt mismatched as usual for these (# 57654), includes cleaning-rod.  Dark and rough bore (these are usually sewer-pipes), muzzle has ding on front.  This rifle was fired with the action bolts either loose or missing, resulting in the action riding backwards badly cracking the buttstock and shearing off the trigger in the process (which is present).  Stock has very bold cartouches on each side, and besides the crack it has a few scuff, scrapes and dings from actual use.  PHOTOS . . . $600.    Antique, no FFL required

    SIAMESE Model 1903 Mauser bolt-action rifle # 30666 (8x52R Siamese), mfg. by Koishikawa Arsenal  in 1903 with straight-bolt.  Very Good condition, with 75% or better original bluing on all parts (buttplate rusty). Includes sliding action-cover but no cleaning rod. Bore is not very bright but has strong rifling. Walnut stock and handguard has considerable dings and contact marks but retains its original finish. Full bluing on all metal parts and a mirror bright bore. All serialized parts stamped CAO 21. Stock is quite pristine with very few handling marks, and is extremely attractive. Bold Tito-era Yugoslavian crest (with traces of earlier Serbian crest underneath) above chamber. All-matching numbers, with milled triggerguard and magazine-floorplate and straight bolt handle.
