ARGENTINE Model 1927 Systema Colt semiautomatic pistol; # 71866 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafdasa in 1952. Excellent condition, arsenal refinished with full blued finish and very crisp checkered walnut grips. Bore is very strong and mirror-bright (looks new, as it is a new replacement, but original numbered barrel is present). Includes one 7-round non-matching magazine. Extremely attractive. ARGENTINE Model Ballester-Molina semiautomatic pistol # 102591 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafdasa in the late 1940's. Excellent arsenal-refurbished condition, with full blued metal (has been refinished). Barrel is new replacement. Markings on slide effaced from refinishing. Includes one 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol). Has grooved walnut grips. This is somewhat of a copy of the Colt 1911 with some differences (no grip-safety) based on the "Star Super" pistols. They are both very reliable and accurate. AUSTRALIAN Victory model revolver # 823448 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Smith & Wesson in c.1942. Excellent condition, with 98% or better Parkerized finish. All-matching serial numbers with mirror-bright bore. BELGIAN Model 1900 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 613419 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National in 1910. Near Excellent condition with 90% or so original bluing (some light holster-wear on left side of frame and both sides of muzzle). Bore is strong and mostly bright with light frosting, all matching serial numbers. Nice FN-logo horn grips with 8-shot magazine. Not import-marked. PHOTO . . . $575. C&R SOLD
BRITISH Model New Service Mark II revolver # 14269 (.455 Webley) mfg. by Smith & Wesson in 1915-17 with 6" barrel. Near Excellent overall condition, with full original bluing (very little signs of holster wear at sides of barrel), many scattered small contact-marks. All matching numbers, has a gorgeous mirror bore and very tight action. Not import-marked, scarce. PHOTOS . . . $975. C&R
BRITISH Old Pattern No. 1 revolver # 339 (.455 Webley) mfg. by Garate Anitua y Cia in 1915. A rugged break-open S&W pattern contract made by three Spanish firms. This one is in Good or better condition (downgraded only due to lack of external bluing) with even gray color metal and an excellent very bright bore with very solid cylinder lock-up. Only the cylinder bears a serial number, has decent checkered horn grips with Garate logo. Many British proof marks abound. Not import-marked, the beginning of the "Great War" caught many of its participants, including England, very unprepared as far as small arms go and these were one of the more successful expedients. GERMANY Model CZ27 semiautomatic pistol # 425370 (.32 ACP) mfg. at Bohemian Arms Factory in early 1945. Excellent condition with 90% or better original gray blued finish. Bore is mirror-perfect, slide and frame have matching numbers. Markings are very sharp, and brown bakelite CZ-logo grips have only a small chip in the right front corner. U.S.A. Model 1917 revolver # 82734 (.45 ACP) manufactured by Colt in fall of 1917. Very Good overall condition, with much evidence of having been "holstered wet". Has strong bore with some frosting in the grooves. "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" on underside of barrel, rampant Colt logo on left side of frame, bottom of butt stamped U.S. ARMY / MODEL 1917 / No. 82 / 734.
