    ARGENTINE Model 1905 Mannlicher semiautomatic pistol rig with holster # 5624 (7.63 Mannlicher), mfg. at Steyr in c.1905.  Excellent condition, has full bluing and nice grooved wooden grips.  Bore has some minor pitting but very strong lands and grooves.  All markings clear, Argentine crest ground off right side of receiver (never seen one that wasn't) but due to excellent arsenal refinishing it isn't at all obvious and the crest is still partially visible. Small parts (trigger, hammer, safety, etc.) in the white and very bright.  This is a top-loader that utilizes stripper-clips rather than a magazine.  Without a doubt one of the most beautiful handguns ever designed. Not import-marked, rare this nice, with full-flap brown leather military holster.   PHOTO . . . $995.   C&R      SOLD

    BELGIAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 20952 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National before Nazi occupation in c. 1935. Very Good condition with 80% or better original painted finish (some areas of chipping). Bore is excellent and mirror-bright.     BRITISH Model No.2 Mk.1** .38 revolver # O3367 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1941 with serrated backstrap and 5" barrel, double-action only without hammer-spur. Near Excellent overall condition with some of the external stoving (black enamel) chipping and scraped but with all matching serial numbers. Black bakelite thumb-rest grips are intact.     DANISH Model 40 Lahti semiautomatic pistol # 67866 (9mm Parabellum), mfg. by Husqvarna circa 1944-45 and initially issued to the Danish Brigade at the end of WWII, and later the Rigspoliti (Danish Police Force). Excellent condition, with all-matching numbers, perfect mirror bore, and 90% original bluing (some abrasions and a few nicks in finish). Swedish crowned SS proof at back of frame.     DUTCH EAST INDIES Model 91 KNIL revolver # 8466 (9.4mm), assembled by Vickers (the British firm of machine gun fame) in 1921. Very Good or better condition with 80% or better external bluing, all matching numbers, bore is extremely strong and bright. Has British proofs atop frame and barrel, and crowned W (for Queen Wilhelmina who ruled 1890-1948) on right side of frame. Action very tight with worn checkered walnut grips, lanyard-ring intact. Not import-marked, these are usually found in rough condition due to the hot and humid Indonesian climate, this example is particularly nice for these. PHOTOS . . . $725.     C&R    SOLD

    FRENCH MAB Modele D semiautomatic pistol # 2709 (.32 ACP), mfg. during the early 1950's by Bayonne for French National Security Forces. Near Excellent condition, with 90% original bluing (some minor spots of verdigris) and a strong mirror-bright bore. Right side of slide stamped SÛRETÉ NATIONALE.     GERMAN Model P-08 Luger semiautomatic pistol  # 7392g (9mm) mfg. by Mauser (42 code) in 1940. Excellent condition, a Russian-capture that was hot-dipped blued after the war.
