ARGENTINE Model Ballester-Molina semiautomatic pistol # 12448 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafdasa (Hispano Argenntine Automobile Plant Corporation) in 1943. Excellent condition, with high-gloss bluing. All markings clear with bold Argentine crest and GENDARMERIA NACIONAL (Argentine border guards) on right side of slide. Bore is mirror-bright and strong. Includes one MATCHING 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol). Plain walnut grips are very sharp and look new. PHOTO. . . $825. C&R
AUSTRIAN Model 1908 Pieper semiautomatic pocket pistol # 2640 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Steyr in c.1908. Excellent condition, with full original bluing (much mitre blue on springs), tip-up barrel has a mirror-bright and very strong bore. Bakelite Steyr-logo grips are unchipped and sound. A VERY interesting design, the lever on the left side breaks-open the barrel for single-loading, and the magazine has two positions (the lower one for single loading. the upper one for magazine loading). AUSTRIAN Model 1912 Steyr-Hahn semiautomatic pistol # 523w (9mm Steyr) mfg. by Steyr in 1917. Very Good condition, with dull gray finish on the metal. Bore is somewhat bright with strong lands and grooves, and frankly better than many of these I have encountered over tha past 3+ decades. BELGIAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 25687 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National before Nazi occupation in c. 1933. Excellent condition with 95% or better original blued finish. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. All matching serial numbers, has nicely checkered walnot grips with one 8-round magazine. Not import-marked, prewar Browning pistols are quite scarce. Near Excellent condition, with nearly full bluing (turning brown on slide and frame from contact with human sweat), slight holster wear at sharp edges of slide. GERMAN Model 1908 Bayard semiautomatic pistol # 130936 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Pieper circa 1916. Near Excellent condition, with 92% or better original bluing, No Belgian proofs on right side, German eagle and crowned J (German military proff) on right side of slide by muzzle, hard charging knight on left side above BAYARD. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright, all matching serial numbers. This was the smallest pistol ever officially adopted by any army, and were issued by Germany during WWI. GERMAN Model P-08 Luger semiautomatic pistol # 598k (9mm) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Mauser (Nazi factory code S/42) in 1936. Excellent condition with full dull bluing, A Russian-captured item, with all matching serial numbers (the side plate has been electro penciled 98 to match). The bore is frosted from shooting corrosive ammo, but the lands and grooves are strong. Has replacement VOPO (East German) plastic grips with one non-matching unmarked magazine. HUNGARIAN Model 1912 Frommer Stop semiautomatic pistol # 91743 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Fémáru Fegever (FÉG) in c.1914 (undated). Very Good condition, much original bluing intact with some coarseness on the side of the slide from being "holstered wet". Bore is strong and mostly bright. This was the official sidearm of the Hungarian Army throughout WWI. Has grooved FS-logo wooden grips, two magazines and a very worn leather full-flap military holster. Not import-marked, scarce. SOVIET Model TT-33 Tokarev semiautomatic pistol # LG951 (7.62x25) mfg. by Tula in 1938. Good to Very Good condition, with 60% bluing, much freckling on slide and frame from exposure to very rainy weather. Bore is very bright with strong rifling. Slide (and all parts) numbered ΛΓ951. Grips have the CCCP around star motif, the left grip badly chipped at the top. Includes one mismatched lanyard-loop magazine. Rare, not import marked, most likely a bringback from Vietnam.
