U.S.A. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 1338294 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Arsenal in November 1929 with SA 11-29 dated barrel.  Very Good or better condition with most external bluing remaining, bore is strong with some crud in the grooves (TE =2, MW = 0.75). Walnut stock has scant pistol grip and no visible cartouche with some dings from handling. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $725.    C&R   SOLD

U.S.A. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 1419690 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Arsenal in April 1930 with SA 4-30 dated barrel.  Excellent condition with 95% bluing, bore is strong and very bright (TE =2.0, MW = 2.0). Walnut stock some scuffs and scratches from handling, RA-P cartouche on left side (Raritan Arsenal). Includes 1944-dated web sling. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $875.    C&R   SOLD

U.S.A. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 330667 (.30-06) mfg. by Rock Island Arsenal in 1918 (high-number) with SA 8-42 barrel.  Very Good or better condition with most Parkerizing intact. Bore is very dark and rough (likely from shooting blanks at funerals and such/    ), TE = 7, MW = 1.0. Walnut stock has faint ordnance wheel and boxed FJA cartouches on left side with a few scuffs from handling. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $675.    C&R

U.S.A. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 3669437 (.30-06) mfg. by Smith-Corona in May 1943. Excellent condition with 90% gray Parkerizing on all metal. A gorgeous example with near-perfect 5-43 dated R 4-groove bore (TE=3.0, MW = 0.0). Walnut stock has a couple dings and scratches but is otherwise flawless, includes leather military sling stamped CC over 1942 in excellent condition. Not import-marked. U.S.A. Model of 1917 bolt-action infantry rifle # 23297 (.30-06) mfg. by Remington in November 1918. Excellent condition with 90% original blued (NOT Parkerized) finish on metal and a mostly bright bore (TE= 2.0, MW = 2.5). A parts stamped with R,  Stock has a few dings and handling marks with two  O.G.E.K. (Ogden Arsenal, Elmer Keith, inspector) cartouches plus another stamp PRYOR 182 on right side of stock. U.S.A. Model of 1917 bolt-action infantry rifle # 1070481 (.30-06) mfg. by Eddystone in early 1917. Excellent condition with 90% Parkerized finish on metal and a gorgeous mirror-bright bore (TE = 2.0, MW = 0.5), barrel stamped W (Winchester) with 11-18 date (obviously a replacement Winchester barrel). U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 60127 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in September, 1940, and early gas-trap conversion with SA 1-51 replacement barrel. Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is quite nice (TE = 1.5, MW = 1.0). Has National Match op-rod, other parts WWII-era (or earlier) SA-marked except for WRA trigger housing. Has nice walnut stock and handguards (the rear one stamped D6535448-40-A140B). U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 1453744 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in May, 1943 with SA 2-43 original barrel and ALL CORRECT as issued. Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is decent (TE = 3.0, MW = 3.0) and very bright. Features UNCUT op-rod and lock-bar rear sight. U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 2631187 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in February, 1944 with SA 11-43 original barrel. Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is quite nice (TE = 3.0, MW = 1.25). An ALL CORRECT & as-issued WWII Garand, with UNCUT op-rod and lock-bar rear sight. U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 3071657 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in August, 1944 with SA 2-46 replacement barrel. Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is quite decemt (TE = 3.5, MW = 3.5). A post WWII rebuilt, rebarreled and fitted with new HRA op-rod and bolt. but remaining parts are from WWII era. Has nice walnut stock with a few nicks but is very attractive. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 4760125 (.30-06) mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in May 1954 with HRA 5-54 barrel.  Excellent-PLUS condition and all-correct as it left the factory with full Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and having an exceptional bore (TE = 1.0, MW = 1.0). A correct-grade CMP Garand with all original HRA parts correct as it left the factory. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 5156711 (.30-06) mfg. by International Harvester in 1954 with LMR 11-54 barrel.  Excellent condition with full Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and having an excellent bore (TE = less than 1.0, MW = 2.0). A correct-grade CMP Garand with all original SA parts correct as it left the factory. U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 947125, a U.S. Navy Trophy rifle, Mk.2, Mod.2 (7.62 NATO) mfg. by Springfield Armory in November 1942, and rebarreled by Harrington & Richardson in 1965. Was obtained from the CMP as a barreled action and professionally restored with National Match op-rod and  remaining SA-marked WWII parts. Excellent condition with full uniform Parkerized finish on all metal, bore is like new (TE = 0.5, MW = 0.5). Buttstock has some scrapes and a set of numbers stamped on the right side. U.S.A. Model M1 Carbine semiautomatic rifle # 3016843 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Inland (General Motors) in late 1944 with unmarked barrel. Excellent condition with full Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and having an excellent bore (MW = 2.0).  All late parts (sliding rear sight, lever safety, bayonet lug) and a walnut buttstock stamped AAM (Augusta Arsenal) on left side with only a few minor handling marks.
