ARGENTINE Model Ballester-Molina semiautomatic pistol # 37480 (.45 ACP), mfg. at Hafdasa (Hispano Argentine Automobile Plant Corporation) in 1945.  Excellent refinished condition, with high-gloss bluing.   Bore has very lands but grooves are grainy.  One 7-round magazine (all Colt 1911 magazines will function in this pistol). BELGIAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol # 20842 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National before Nazi occupation in c. 1934 . Excellent condition with 90% or better original blued finish. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. All matching serial numbers, checkered wooden grips with two 8-round magazines and full-flap back leather holster with faint circular ink stamp on inside flap. Not import-marked, prewar Browning pistols are quite scarce. PHOTO . . . $925.    C&R       SOLD

BELGIAN Model 1910/22 Browning semiautomatic pistol rig # 5555b (.32 ACP), mfg. at Fabrique National in 1942 under Nazi occupation with WWII CAPTURE CERTIFICATE dated 21 NOV 1945.   Excellent condition with 90% or better original blued finish (some holster wear on fore end). Bore is excellent and mirror-bright. All matching serial numbers, checkered wooden grips with two 8-round magazines and full-flap brown leather holster with glh / 43 ink stamp on inside flap. Not import-marked, capture papers has the expected folds and is guaranteed genuine. PHOTO . . . $1800.    C&R   

BRITISH Mark VI Webley revolver # 386016 (back of cylinder shaved for .45 ACP), mfg. by Webley & Sons in 1918.   Near Excellent condition, with 90% or better original blued finish. All matching serial numbers, has crisp Vulcanite grips, complete with lanyard-ring.  Bore is strong and mirror bright.  Very tight action though the cylinder is a bit stiff.  Not import marked. BRITISH Model No.2 Mk.1** .38 revolver # R3428 (.38 S&W) mfg. by Enfield in 1942 with serrated backstrap and 5" barrel, double-action only without hammer-spur. Excellent condition with full Parkerized finish and all matching serial numbers. Black grooved bakelite thumb-rest grips are intact. Excellent bright bore, tight action, includes lanyard-ring. BRITISH Mark IV Webley revolver # B32128 (.38 Smith & Wesson), mfg. by Webley & Sons in c.1952. Excellent condition, with 95% or better original blued finish. CZECH Model CZ22 semiautomatic pistol # 13875 (.380 ACP) mfg. at Ceska Zbrojovka, Prague in 1923.  Very Good condition with 70% or so original bluing, some scattered verdigris. Bore is excellent and mirror-bright, markings are quite sharp with legend on left side.  Checkered walnut grips are nearly pristine.  Not import-marked, quite rare one-year type (the very first we have ever encountered). FRENCH MAB Modele D semiautomatic pistol # 96998 (.32 ACP),  under Nazi occupation mfg. around 1944 by Bayonne. Excellent condition, with 95+% original plum-hued bluing and a strong mirror-bright bore. Right side of frame has WaAD20 after serial number. Includes MAB-logo black plastic grips. FRENCH Model  1935S M1 semiautomatic pistol # C6015. (7.65 French Longue) mfg. by Chattelerault in late 1940's. Near Excellent condition with 90% or better original blued military finish. GERMAN Model 1930 Broomhandle semiautomatic pistol # 627905 (7.63mm), mfg. at Mauser factory circa 1930. Excellent refinished condition, with lovely satin black finish and no apparent pitting. Bore has very strong lands and slightly dark grooves, all matching serial numbers except for bolt (7177). Functional and complete except for missing lanyard ring, all original markings sharp and clear, walnut grips pretty worn  but sound. Very tiny import mark. PHOTO . . . $1250.    C&R    SOLD

GERMAN Model 1907 Dreyse semiautomatic pistol # 1143 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Rheinische Metallwaaren- & Maschinenfabrik in c.1908.  Excellent condition, with all bluing remaining. Bore is very bright and strong, includes one magazine. Not import-marked, a very early version of this pistol that I had never previously encountered. GERMAN Model 1913 semiautomatic pistol # 141074 (7.65mm, .32 ACP) mfg. by J.P. Sauer & Sohn around 1925. A really interesting and unique design and extremely reliable.  Excellent condition with full bluing intact (springs retain their beautiful nitre-bluing) and a gorgeous mirror-bright bore. GERMAN Model W.T.P. 1 vest pocket semiautomatic pistol # 41407 (6.35mm, .25 ACP) mfg. by Mauser Oberndorf in 1923. A very innovative and simple but very reliable design. GERMAN Model 1927 vest pocket semiautomatic pistol # 27803 (6.35mm, .25 ACP) mfg. by Simson & Co., Suhl around 1930. A really interesting and unique design, nothing in common with the "Baby Browning".  Very Good condition with most bluing intact and a mostly bright and strong bore. GERMAN Model CZ27 semiautomatic pistol # 300256 (.32 ACP) mfg. at Ceska Zbrojovka, Strakonice (Nazi code fnh) in c.1943.  Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% original military high gloss blued finish on slide, phosphate finish on frame  (much original straw color on hammer & trigger). Bore is excellent and mirror-bright, markings are very sharp and dark-brown CZ-logo grips are not chipped. GERMAN Model P-08 Luger semiautomatic pistol rig with holster # 5784d (9mm)  mfg. by Waffenfabrik Mauser (Nazi factory code S/42 1938 in 1938.  Excellent condition with most bluing worn or faded to a pleasing gray,   All matching serial numbers on every part, the bore is mirror bright and very strong. Very sharply checkered walnut grips (both numbered 84 to match), with two non-matching WaA63 marked magazines, loading tool, and black leather full-flap military holster mfg. by R. GERMAN Model 38H semiautomatic pistol # 458542 (.32 ACP), mfg. at Sauer & Son, Suhl in early 1945.   Excellent condition, with 98% or better late war finish and all-matching serial numbers. Left side of triggerguard has WaA37 Nazi inspection proof.  Includes the fantastic cocking / decocking lever (which was deleted late in production). Grips are checkered black bakelite. GERMAN Model P38 Walther semiautomatic pistol # 5974 (9mm Parabellum) frame mfg. at Walther in Summer 1940, barrel and slide numbered 1610f (mfg by Walther in June 1944).  Near Excellent condition, with mostly full original bluing (front strap browned from handling).   Excellent mirror-bright bore.  Strong markings, includes one eight-round magazine.   Not import marked. GERMAN Model P38 Walther semiautomatic pistol rig with holster # 3403a (9mm Parabellum) frame mfg. at Walther (code ac 43) in Jan-Feb 1943.   Excellent condition, with full original bluing.   Excellent mirror-bright bore.  Strong markings, includes two eight-round magazines and original 1943-dated holster inked by soldier who apparently captured it during WWII: Pvt. HUNGARIAN Model 37M Femaru semiautomatic pistol # 166520 (.32 ACP),  mfg. by Femaru Fegever in c.1939.  Excellent condition, has been reblued.  All-matching serial numbers, bore is very strong and mostly bright. Bold Hungarian crown proof on left side of trigger guard. Decent grooved-walnut grips have a couple of very minor handling-marks. One finger-grip magazine. HUNGARIAN Model 37 Femaru semiautomatic pistol # 47212 (.32 ACP),  mfg. by Femaru Fegever (Nazi code jhv) in 1941 (under Nazi occupation).   Excellent condition, with 95% external bluing.  All-matching serial numbers, bore is strong and mirror bright. Nazi inspection marking WaA56 on left side of trigger guard. Nice grooved-walnut grips have no dings or dents. Includes one finger-grip magazine. ITALIAN Model 1934 semiautomatic pistol # 590337 (.380 ACP) mfg. by Beretta in 1937 with WWII CAPTURE CERTIFICATE dated 14 SEPT 1945. Very Good or better condition with 70% high gloss bluing, some staining by what is undoubtedly blood by grips.  Bore is a bit grainy but lands are strong. JAPANESE  Type 14 semiautomatic pistol # 28483 (8mm Nambu) mfg. at Chuo Kogyo in September, 1934 with small triggerguard.  Very Good condition with 60-70% finish (has seen use) with scattered light pitting.  All matching serial numbers except  magazine. POLISH Model P35 Nazi Type III Radom VIS semiautomatic pistol # E4001 (9mm) mfg. by Radom in c.1942.   Excellent condition, has been refinished  with full 95% or better wartime blue on all parts.  All-matching serial numbers with WaA77 inspection-marks as well as eagle over swastika proof.  Bore is mirror-bright and strong. SPANISH Model 900 "Broomhandle-type" semiautomatic pistol # 26318 (7.63x25 Mauser) mfg. by Astra in 1930.  Excellent condition, with likely has been reblued but if so it was an excellent job. Bore is quite strong for these and mostly bright.  Nice original walnut grips with 12 serrations. This is an updated version of the venerated 1896 Broomhandle, with some changes in the original design and access to the "innards" by way of a sliding sideplate on the left side of the frame.  Import-marked on bottom of barrel, scarce.  PHOTOS . . . $1650.    C&R     SOLD

U.S.A. Model 1911A1 ARMY semiautomatic pistol # 1643567 (.45 ACP), mfg. by Colt in 1944.  Excellent condition, with full Parkerized finish having only some light holster-wear.  Barrel has an excellent bore and is mirror-bright, top of barrel has British proofs. Has really sharp checkered plastic grips.  Includes three correct 7-round magazines (two of them in a fabric pouch dated 1943). Extremely attractive, not import marked, with professionally framed Colt factory letter stating that this pistol was one of 2,000 shipped on August 28, 1944 to Springfield Ordnance Depot. U.S.A. "Victory Model" revolver # V469177 (.38 S&W) with 4" barrel, manufactured by Smith & Wesson in 1944 with British proofs on left side of barrel. Excellent condition but has been reblued. Bore is a bit corroded but still shoots just fine. All matching serial numbers, missing lanyard ring (lanyard hole in butt was filled in when refinished). Walnut grips have some marks and dings from handling, not import-marked.  PHOTOS . . . $525.     C&R
