BRITISH Model 1906 semiautomatic pistol # 75933 (.32 ACP), mfg. by Webley& Scott in c.1925.  Very Good condition with about 80% bluing intact, slide pitted on both sides from being "holstered wet". Bore quite bright and strong.  Includes 6-round magazine, checkered black-plastic grips (thin crack in right grip). Not import-marked, scarce. PHOTO . . . $525.   C&R   

BRITISH Model Mark VI Webley break-open revolver #N742 (back of cylinder shaved for .45 ACP using half-moon clips), a commercial pistol  mfg. by Webley & Sons in c.1918. Near Excellent condition, with 85% remaining bluing, bore is very strong and bright. Arsenal renumbered N742 (was apparently numbered 446496 when in civilian use).  Totally functional and action tight when trigger is pulled. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . .  . $595.   C&R   

GERMAN Model C96 Broomhandle "Red Nine" Mauser semiautomatic pistol # 743503 (9mm) mfg. by Mauser in c.1930.  A restoration in Excellent-PLUS condition with 100% bluing and new "red-9" walnut grips. Bore has visible rifling and is quite bright, completely functional.  Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $1250.   C&R 

GERMAN Langenhan 7.65 semiautomatic pistol # 21176 (.32 ACP) mfg. by Friedrich Langenham Waffen-und Fahrradfabriken, Zella Mehlis in 1915  with rare German WWI acceptance-proof (crown over Gothic letter) on left side of frame. This was a secondary German military pistol of which 86,000 were produced during WWI. Excellent condition, with 95% original bluing with few signs of wear. FL-logo horn grips quite nice. Bore is very strong and bright with strong rifling. Not import-marked, scarce with military markings in so nice condition. PHOTO . . . $575.   C&R 

JAPANESE  Type 14 semiautomatic pistol, Series 2 # 26896 (8mm Nambu) mfg. at Nagoya in March, 1944.  Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing. All matching numbers INCLUDING magazine. Bore is mirror-perfect, markings are very sharp, and grooved wooden grips are not chipped. Not import-marked.  PHOTOS . . . $750.   C&R

    BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.2 Enfield bolt-action rifle # PF314254 (.303 British) mfg. by Fazakerly in February, November 1953 (Irish Contract). Near Excellent condition, some wear from actual service use. Perfect mirror-bore, decent mildly-distressed metal and wood (some contact marks on the wood but nothing major). All-matching numbers, includes WWII era web-sling (marked HUGH CARSON CO. LTD.) in VG condition and matching-numbered No.9 blade bayonet with scabbard and web frog. PHOTOS . . . $475.   C&R    SOLD

    FINN Model 91 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 223232 (7.62x54R)  mfg. in 1917 by Remington. with [SA] Finn property marks. Near Excellent condition with 85% or better bluing. All matching stamped numbers, the bolt scrubbed and stamped 223232 to match by the Finns (it is not a Remington bolt, but all the other parts are original). Bore is strong and mostly bright (and NOT counterbored). Includes cleaning-rod with Finn metal sling-swivels. Stock is American walnut with faint Remington Czarist cartouche, handguard is a Finnish birch replacement. Wood has quite a few scuffs and other handling marks, but this a damned attractive rifle.     FINN Model 27rv Mosin-Nagant bolt-action cavalry carbine # 73707 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1933 by Tikka on a hex receiver. Very Good or better with evenly worn bluing fading to gray on metal. Has matching-numbered bent-bolt with checkered flat-bottomed handle and groove in stock to allow for it as well as German-style slot through stock for sling. Bore is very bright and strong, includes cleaning-rod. Two-piece correct Finn stock has some handling marks and gouges from actual use, brass unit-disk on right side stamped 3. / HRR. over 138. Not import-marked, without a doubt the RAREST Finn military firearm we have ever owned, and only the fourth one I have ever encountered (two of those were NOT for sale at any price and NONE had a matching numbered bolt).  PHOTOS . . . $3825.     C&R    SOLD

    FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # HH156 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1938 on a round receiver with [SA] Finn marking on left side of barrel-shank. Excellent condition with 90% or better bluing on all metal parts. Bolt-body restamped 156 to match barrel, bore is mostly bright (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). Nicely figured two-part Finn "pot-belly" buttstock and handguard has a couple scuffs and scrapes. PHOTOS . . . $325.    C&R 

    FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 42983 (7.62x54R) mfg. with pristine  barrel in 1942 on a 1900-dated Tula receiver.   Excellent Plus condition with nearly 100% bluing, matching bolt-knob, minty bore.  Wood has several minor compressions on both side, else as-new.     ISRAELI Model 98k bolt-action rifle # 17780 (7.62x51 NATO) mfg. by Fabrique National in 1954.  Very Good condition, with most bluing on metal surfaces, small parts turning brown with age. Bolt is mismatched, all milled parts.  Bore is mostly bright and strong. Israeli IDF crest above chamber. Beech 7.62-marked buttstock has quite a few handling-marks, scratches and dings from actual use and a short (1/2") diagonal chip on left side but is otherwise sound with a large red 2 painted on left side. No cleaning-rod (stock was not ever routed out to accept one), buttplate rusty.  PHOTOS . . . $375.    C&R    SOLD

JAPANESE Model 38 Arisaka bolt-action carbine # 191924 (6.5x50) mfg. by Koishikawa (Tokyo) in c. 1920. Very Good condition, with little remaining bluing on exposed metal surfaces but has a really strong, bright bore.  All-matching numbers, intact MUM with cleaning-rod. Buttstock was sanded  long ago and has some losses at bottom near buttplate. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . . $425.  C&R 

JAPANESE Type 99 Arisaka bolt-action rifle, Series 32 # 89763 (7.7x58) mfg. by Toyo Kogyo (Hiroshima) arsenal c.1943.  97% condition with great mirror-bore, X cut across mum.  All-matching numbers except bolt (however all bolt-parts match each other, #180), anti-aircraft  rear-sight intact, no provision for monopod, round push-button cleaning-rod retainer and two-screw front barrel-band, 4 7/8" cleaning-rod included. Wood was lightly sanded and refinished with tung-oil long ago. Some very minor handling-marks on wood, includes reproduction leather Arisaka sling.  No import-marks, a very handsome example.  PHOTOS . . . $375.    C&R

    PERUVIAN Model 1891 Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # S3377 (7.65x54) mfg. by DWM in 1901 with a 29 1/2" barrel.  Very Good overall, with 75% weak bluing (turning brown with age) but has an excellent mirror-bright bore.  Features lange-vizer (rollercoaster) rear-sight, crest has been buffed off of receiver, matching bolt. Barrel has S.I.G. (Swiss) markings on left side of shank. Stock has arsenal-repaired crack at left side of tang and many banged-up and grease-stained areas. No cleaning rod but has correct muzzle-cap. Not import-marked.   PHOTOS . . . $350.   C&R  

    SOVIET Model 1891 Dragoon Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 29099 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1922 with ladder-type rear sight and blade front sight. Excellent condition with full bluing on all metal parts and a mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). All numbered parts stamped matching. Stock has very few nicks and scrapes but is otherwise very nice. Includes cleaning rod. Not import marked. PHOTOS . . . $525.    C&R    SOLD

    SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 90427 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1935. Excellent arsenal refurb with full bluing on all metal parts and a mirror-bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). All numbered parts stamped matching (including letter prefixes). Stock looks to have been stripped of its shellac and heavily sanded, then lightly lacquered, a few arsenal repairs but no marks since. Includes cleaning rod and matching-numbered spike-bayonet.     SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # CP734 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1942. Excellent arsenal refurb with full bluing on all metal parts and a mostly bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). 1 in triangle on top of barrel-shank (until recently thought to indicate East German ownership).     SWEDISH Model 96 Mauser bolt-action TARGET rifle # 177080 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1905 with SÖDERIN diopter sights. Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing on all parts.  Bore is excellent (bore-disk indicates 6.52/1 bore diameter). All parts (except for front barrel-band) numbered 080 to match.     SWEDISH Model AG42B Ljungmann semiautomatic rifle # 16612 (6.5x55) mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1943. Near Excellent condition with 85% or better original bluing.    U.S.A. Model 1898 Krag-Jorgensen bolt-action infantry rifle # 185140 (.30-40 Krag) mfg. by Springfield Armory in March, 1899. Very Good or so condition with strong full bluing, but has some external minor pitting on receiver ands loading-gate. Has strong and bright 4-groove bore. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 4772367 (.30-06) mfg. by Smith Corona in September 1943 with original  SC 5-43 dated barrel and all SC parts.  Excellent condition with nearly all remaining metal finish remaining.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 3270273 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in November, 1944 with original SA 12-43 barrel. A 11-65 Red River Depot rebuild in Excellent condition with full light gray Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is mirror-bright and quite strong (TE = 2.25, MW = less than 1.0) and all SA-marked parts.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 4770408 (.30-06) mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in April 1954 with HRA 4-54 barrel.  Excellent condition and correct with full Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and a decent bore (TE = 3.5, MW = 1.0). A correct-grade CMP Garand with all original HRA parts correct as it left the factory, very desirable and scarce 4.7 million serial number. Has walnut buttstock with very bold DOD (stars over eagle) cartouche on left side and some dings, scratches and handling marks, some heavy scuffs on bottom of forend, likely from shooting off a rest.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 5621559 (.30-06) mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in January 1955 with HRA 4-55 barrel.  A correct grade Greek return (June 2006) in Excellent-PLUS (basically UNISSUED) condition with full Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and having an exceptional bore (TE = 1.5, MW = 1.0). Has all original HRA parts correct as it left the factory, with nearly flawless walnut buttstock having clear DOD (stars over eagle) cartouche on left side and virtually no scratches and handling marks. Not import-marked,  with CMP certificate of authenticity stating CORRECT GRD, sling, sight protectors, M10 cleaning kit in buttstock, and data-sheet. PHOTOS . . . $1850.    C&R    SOLD

      U.S.A. Model M1 Carbine # 1020946 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Winchester in January 1943 with all correct early features.  Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% phosphate finish, barrel marked with flaming-bomb / W.R.A. and date 1-43 with a gorgeous strong, mirror-bright bore and tight muzzle (ME = 1.0). Has high-wood stock and handguard, L-shaped flip rear sight, push-button safety and type 1 barrel-band. Top of bolt electropenciled 0946 to match serial number of receiver. Includes one UW-marked 15-round magazine (only where legal), 1943-dated FHS CO. stamped web sling, and 1944-dated web muzzle-cover.
