ARGENTINE Model FN-49 Saive semiautomatic rifle # 1260 (rechambered in 7.62 NATO) mfg. by Fabrique Nationale in c.1953. Very Good or better condition, most original painted finish (stoving) remaining and has a mirror-perfect bore. All-matching numbers, Argentinean crest on receiver is bold and strong. Nicely figured walnut stock has original finish with some scuffs, handling-marks and dings from adjacent rifles, number 29 stenciled on right side. CHILEAN Model 1895 Mauser bolt-action rifle # H9048 (7x57) mfg. by Loewe in 1895. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 98% original deep bluing on all metal parts. Chilean crest above chamber is strong and clear. All-matching numbers (including cleaning-rod). Bore is exceptional and mirror-bright. Lovely striped walnut stock having 1895-dated Chilean cartouche, with very few handling-marks in the wood from contact with adjacent rifles but has not been sanded. PHOTOS . . . $725. CHINESE Model 1935 Mauser bolt-action short rifle # 9385 (8x57) mfg. by Hangyand Arsenal in 1935. Very Good condition, with 40% or so browned and fading bluing. No matching serial numbers, has readable Hangyang crest above chamber and small reverse swastika by serial number. Bore is dark with lots of crud but has strong rifling, stock is very dry with cracks at tang and a large oval cartouche on right side. No cleaning rod, rear band installed backwards. CZECH Model vz52 semiautomatic rifle # RO9533 (7.62x45) mfg. by CZ Bystrica in 1956. Near Excellent condition with most original Parkerized finish intact (some browning on stamped parts) and a slightly rough but strong bore. Stock has the usual hairline crack at wrist. PHOTOS . . . $395. C&R SOLD

FINN Model 1891 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 3863 (7.62x54R) mfg. at Sestroryetsk in 1900 with two [SA] property markings on left side of barrel-shank. Good condition, virtually no bluing remaining but with very strong markings, including Russian eagles. Bolt-body stamped 3863. Bore is surprisingly very bright with strong rifling, has NOT been counterbored at muzzle. Russian one-piece stock has some handling marks but is sound. Includes cleaning rod. PHOTOS . . . $350. FINN Model 1891 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 14563 (7.62x54R) mfg. by VKT in 1941 on a 1901-dated Izhevsk receiver. Near excellent condition, with nearly full bluing and a mirror-bright bore. Bolt-body stamped 14563, top of receiver stamped AZF, indicating capture by the Austrians during the Great War. Finn two-piece stock has some handling marks but is sound. FINN Model 24 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 5030 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by S.I.G. on a scrubbed hexagonal receiver. Good to Very Good condition with little original bluing remaining. Bolt-body matching, bore is quite strong and bright, has unstepped barrel and includes cleaning-rod and sewed-on leather sling. GERMAN Model K98 bolt-action Mauser rifle # 31010b (8x57i) mfg. by Mauser in 1944 (code byf 44). Excellent condition with nearly full bluing on all metal parts. GERMAN Model 98/40 Huzagol bolt-action Mannlicher rifle # 3421k (8x57mm) mfg. by Femaru Fegever (FÉG, nazi code jhv) in 1943. An unusual milsurp rifle with Mauser-style magazine and Mannlicher-style rotating bolt (the bottom of the bolt-knob flattened and checkered). Near Excellent condition with most bluing intact, small area of pitting on right side of barrel (most likely from blood). All-matching numbers (very unusual for these), bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Two-piece wood has some minor scuffs and dings. Wood has strong WaffenAmpt cartouches on underside. GREEK Model 1903 Mannlicher-Schoenauer bolt-action infantry rifle # 105 (6.5x54 M/S) mfg. by Steyr in 1907. Yes, folks, this is the full-military version of the famed M/S rifle with its rotary magazine. Near Excellent condition with most bluing remaining with strong Greek crest on the receiver. Bolt is mismatched (they always are, for some unknown reason), bore is bright and strong. Stock is duffle-cut with forend present if having a small chip from right side. ITALIAN Model 41 Carcano bolt-action infantry rifle # Q5313 (6.5x52 Carcano) mfg. by Terni in 1942. Excellent condition, with full bluing remaining on metal parts. SOVIET Model SVT-40 Tokarev semiautomatic rifle # BA8805 (7.62x54R), mfg. at Tula in 1943. Excellen arsenal-refurbished condition with a strong mostly bright bore. Numbers on parts (except magazine) electropencilled to match barrel during refurb, receiver NOT grooved for scope-mount, features 12-slotted muzzle-break. Stock and handguard have very few (if any) handling marks and has all remaining Russian shellac, with arsenal repairs to heel, toe and both left and right sides. Includes cleaning-rod and 10-round magazine and nice proper sling. Extremely attractive, bolt-carrier has been "pickled" to remove plum hue so it has its original appearance rather than the "plum color" of most other refurbs. PHOTOS . . . $950. C&R SOLD
SOVIET Model SKS-45 Simonov semiautomatic rifle # AT2700 (7.62x39) mfg. by Tula in . A 98% arsenal-refurbished example with nearly full blue (blade-bayonet hard-chromed), chrome-plated bore mirror-bright and nearly perfect. SWEDISH Model 96/38 Mauser bolt-action rifle # 131120 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1903 with straight-bolt and unthreaded muzzle. Sharp Tito-era Yugoslavian crest above chamber. All-matching numbers, with milled triggerguard and magazine-floorplate, knob of bolt has flattened bottom.
