FINNISH MOSIN NAGANT RIFLES

    FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 19295 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1914 with Peter The Great marking and [SA] Finn property mark on left side of barrel-shank.   Very Good condition with nearly full bluing on all metal parts and a somewhat bright bore. Bolt body numbered 19295 (matching). Fat Finn 2-piece stock has been sanded and nicely refinished with tung-oil (and is very attractive). Includes cleaning rod.  PHOTOS . . . $425.    C&R    SOLD

    FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 62391 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Sestroryetsk in 1915 with [SA] Finn property mark on left side of barrel-shank. Very Good PLUS condition, with much bluing on all metal parts and a mostly bright bore with strong rifling. Bolt body stamped 62391 (matching), very strong markings on barrel.  Two-piece Finn stock has been sanded and finished in what appears to be polyurethane.     FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 05507 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by VKT in 1940.  Near Excellent condition with most bluing on all metal parts and a somewhat dull bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle).  Bolt-body numbered 05507 (matching), remainder of numbered parts scrubbed (as usual). Two-piece Finn stock has original finish complete with nicks and dings from adjacent rifles. Includes cleaning rod and leather sling with oval buckle. PHOTOS . . . $325.    C&R    SOLD

Very Good condition with most bluing on all metal parts and a very bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle).  Bolt-body numbered 7478 (matching), remainder of numbered parts scrubbed (as usual).     FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 45432 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1932 and [SA] Finn property mark on left side of barrel-shank, 41 on right side.  Excellent condition with full bluing on all metal parts with a  hex receiver and and a mirror bright bore (has been counterbored at muzzle). Has post in globe front sight, 45432 stamped on bolt body (matching). Russian one-piece stock has very few handling marks. Includes cleaning rod.   PHOTOS . . . $350.    C&R   SOLD

    FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 70216 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tikka in 1944.  Excellent-PLUS condition with full bluing on all metal parts with a round receiver and and a beautiful mirror-bore. Has stacked blade front sight, 0216 stamped on bolt knob (matching). Russian stock has quite a few handling marks but is sound with no cracks, handguard is like new.     FINN Model 24 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 20006 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Böhler Stahl on a 1914 dated Tula receiver with stepped barrel. Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing. Bolt-body numbered 20006 (matching), with  left flat of receiver  stamped S15272, which is the Guard district for Pohjois Uudenmaa (in Southern Finland).   Bore is very bright and strong, includes cleaning-rod.     FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 36122 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tikka in 1931. Very Good condition with 60% or better bluing showing actual wartime wear.  Matching number on bolt-knob, bore is very strong and quite bright, not counterbored at muzzle. One-piece stock has many dings and other handling marks from actual service use. PHOTOS . . . $425.   C&R   SOLD

    FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 41912 (7.62x54R) with undated barrel and double-sling slots.  Near Excellent condition with 90% bluing throughout. Bolt body numbered 41912 (matching).  Bore is somewhat dark with strong rifling, includes cleaning-rod. Very early one-piece Russian stock has cut-out for metal finger-grip behind triggerguard (a rare feature that was deleted in 1893).  Stock has some handling marks from actual use but sound with no cracks.     FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 40402 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Fabrique National in 1942 on an 1898-dated Izhevsk receiver.  Excellent condition, external metal looks to have been Parkerized with a deep black color. Bore is extremely bright and very strong (NOT counterbored at muzzle).     FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 72247 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1944 by VKT on a 1905-dated Izhevsk receiver. Excellent condition with nearly all bluing remaining. Bolt-knob stamped 2247 (matching).  Bore is somewhat bright and strong, includes cleaning-rod. Postwar stock (squared finger joints) has a few dings and handling marks.
