AUSTRIAN Model 1895 Mannlicher straight-pull bolt-action carbine # 2349Y (8x56R) mfg. by Steyr (barrel dated 1920). Excellent-PLUS condition, arsenal refinished with full bluing. COLOMBIAN Model 1950 Mauser bolt-action short-rifle # F.16896 (.30-06) mfg. by R. FAMAGE in 1952.  Very Good overall condition with 85% blued finish (some verdigris) on all metal parts. Matching bolt (16896), no other parts numbered. Very strong mirror-bright bore, with much bolder than usual Colombian crest above chamber. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 116209 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1896 on a hex receiver with [SA] Finn marking on left side of barrel-shank and S44932 Civil Guard marking on right side of barrel-shank (Lounais Häme, in Southwestern Finland).  Very Good condition with 70% fading bluing on all metal parts. Bolt matching, magazine-floorplate and buttplate scrubbed. Bore is strong and somewhat bright (has NOT been counterbored). Two-piece Russian buttstock and handguard has beautiful marbled grain with some scuffs and scrapes from actual use. Includes wire sling-swivels and cleaning-rod. Not import-marked. FINN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 36790 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Tikka in 1942 on a WWI-era  Remington hex receiver. Excellent condition with 95% or better bluing on all metal parts. Bolt-knob numbered 6790 (matching), magazine-floorplate and buttplate scrubbed. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong, (has NOT been counterbored). FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 23418 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Tikka on a    hexogonal receiver. Near Excellent condition with 90% original bluing on a hex-receiver. Bolt-body numbered 7317 (matching Civil Guard # on right side of barrel-shank). Bore is mostly bright and strong, includes cleaning-rod. Both right side of barrel-shank and side of bolt-body has Civil Guard # S7317 (Raasepori, aka Raceborg, a town in South Western Finland).  One-piece stock has some handling-marks. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 69178 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1944 by VKT (Valmet) on a hex receiver. Very Good condition with some bluing remaining. HUNGARIAN Model 44 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action carbine # BE0483 (7.62x54R) mfg. by F.E.G. in 1953. Near Excellent condition, with nearly full bluing and a very bright and strong  bore. Bolt numbered BE0483 (matching), magazine floorplate & buttplate mismatched, stock is from an Ishevsk carbine and has many handling marks and some initials scratched on the sides. ITALIAN Model 1891 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action infantry rifle # RM4703 (6.5x52) mfg. by Terni in 1917.  Very Good condition with 80% or so bluing turning brown, bore is mostly bright and strong. Has matching numbered straight bolt.  Stock has 1922-dated refurbishment cartouche and is force-matched with many ding and handling marks. Missing cleaning rod, not import-marked. ITALIAN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action short rifle # M8245 (7.35x53 Carcano) mfg. by Terni in Early 1939 (year XVII of Mussolini). Excellent condition with full original bluing on all metal.  Bore is very bright and strong, barrel shank serial number overstruck on an earlier rifle (not unheard of for these). ITALIAN Model 41 Mannlicher-Carcano infantry rifle # QR3550 (6.5x52) mfg. by Armaguerra in 1944. Excellent condition, with all external bluing intact, with turned-down bolt from WWI-era carbine. Bore is somewhat bright with very strong rifling. Buttstock and handguard has very few handling marks, missing cleaning rod.  Definitely a bringback from WWI, as the stock has been duffle-cut and it wears a WWII-era web-sling from a M1 Garand.  Includes three six-round chargers, a very rare and unusual piece (only the rifles made at Armaguerra had serial numbers beginning with the letter Q). JAPANESE Type 38 Arisaka bolt-action infantry rifle # 5029322 (6.5x50), mfg. by Mukden (Manchuria) Arsenal  in c.1938.  Very Good condition, with 70% bluing on all parts, bore is somewhat bright and quite strong. JAPANESE Type 38 Arisaka bolt-action infantry rifle # 0092866 (6.5x50) mfg. at Kokura in early 1910's and converted to a training rifle somewhat later. Excellent condition with full bluing, bore is quite bright with very strong rifling.  Mum has been overstruck with several O's and Kanji for "school" is struck immediately below. No numbered parts matching. Includes original cleaning rod, open V-type ladder rear sight. JAPANESE Type 99 Arisaka bolt-action long rifle Series 35, # 20221 (7.7x58) mfg. at Toyo Kogyo from June 1940 to March 1941. Excellent condition with full original bluing, all bolt parts numbered 444, mum ground but still mostly visible. This type has ladder rear sight with anti-aircraft wings, a provision for monopod (which is missing) and a plum-shaped bolt handle with checkered safety knob. Includes cleaning rod, wood has original finish and has never been sanded with few of the usual heavy handling marks. Chrome-lined bore is mirror-bright and very strong. JAPANESE Type 99 Arisaka bolt-action rifle Series 35 # 24742 (7.7x58) mfg. at Toyo Kogyo in c.1945. Excellent condition with full original bluing, bolt and all bolt parts numbered 017. Mum heavily ground, no cleaning rod (nor is there a provision for one). This type has plum bolt-handle, fixed peep rear sight, two piece stock with separate forend (held in place by barrel-bands) and wooden buttplate. POLISH Model 98a bolt-action rifle # 7609 (8x57) with Z in triangle at top of receiver. A re-purposed German Gewher 98 in Very Good condition with faded bluing on all metal parts and a dark bore with distinct rifling. RUSSIAN Model 1891 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 122903 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Sestroryetsk in 1916. Very Good or so condition, with very faded  bluing on all metal parts and a mostly bright bore with strong rifling. No matching serial numbers, stock has a few handling marks in finish and is sound with no cracks. The handguard, however, has a long crack down the center that has been repaired with a series of metal staples (never seen that before).  Includes cleaning rod and brown-leather sling (likely Romanian).   PHOTOS . . . $475.    C&R    SOLD

SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # CP4480 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk on a round receiver with DOUBLE date 1933/48. Excellent-PLUS arsenal-refurbished condition with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts and a very bright and strong bore. All-matching STAMPED numbers (bolt, magazine floorplate, and buttplate lack letter prefixes), dated 1933/48 with MO markings atop barrel-shank. SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # Db8113 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1939. Excellent-PLUS arsenal-refurbished condition with 98% or better bluing with all matching stamped serial numbers, bore is excellent and mirror-bright. U.S.A. Model 1873 Winchester lever-action rifle # 296754B (serial # barely visible but is discernable) chambered in .32-20 and mfg. by Winchester in 1888.  Fair condition with no remaining original finish. Has 24" octagonal barrel with a very rough bore but is completely functional.  Sliding action cover works as intended and action is very tight. . Buttstock has some handling marks, and forend has about 4" of wood chipped away on right side. Rear sight is complete, a passable example of this "gun that REALLY won the West".
