FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action infantry rifle # 38065 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by Fabrique National in 1942.  Excellent condition with 95% bluing on all metal parts and a mirror bright very strong bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Matching bolt-knob, includes cleaning-rod.  One-piece walnut Westinghouse stock has perfect round "English Contract" cartouche on left side and Civil Guard cartouches on right side.   PHOTOS . . . $575.      C&R   

FINN Model 27 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 86568 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1940 by Tikka. Excellent condition with 90% or better original bluing with a bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). Bolt knob stamped 6568 (matching), includes cleaning-rod. FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 14920 (7.62x54R) undated barrel mfg. by S.I.G. Good to Very Good condition with 40% or better original bluing with a bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). No matching serial numbers, original serial number on left side of barrel-shank 14920, bolt has three different seial numbers (none of which match anything), S93090 stamped on right barrel-shank represnts the Civil Guard unit stationed at Vaasa.  Missing cleaning-rod, two-piece stock has quite a few scuffs and other handling marks.  PHOTOS . . . $475.   C&R     SOLD

FINN Model 28 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 22022 (7.62x54R) undated barrel mfg. by Tikka.  Very Good condition with 70% or better original bluing with a bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle).  The Civil Guard number S121350 stamped on right barrel-shank represnts the Civil Guard unit stationed at Länsi-Pohja and also appears on the side of the bolt (making it matching).  Includes cleaning-rod, two-piece stock has quite a few scuffs and other handling marks, the Russian letters ЯА carved on left side by a bored soldier.  PHOTOS . . . $675.   C&R   

FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # UCh2944 (7.62x54R) mfg. in 1939 by Izhevsk on a hex receiver, [SA] Finn property marked on lefy side of barrel-shank. Near Excellent condition with 80% bluing remaining. Bolt and buttplate matching, bore is bright and very strong.  Russian one-piece stock has quite a few heavy dings. looks new with very few dings and handling-marks. Bolt-knob stamped 0364 (matching), bore is mirror-bright and very strong, features double-stacked blade front sight and includes cleaning-rod. FINN Model 28/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 70256 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1940 by SAKO with SK.Y marked barrel. Excellent condition with 90% bluing. Bolt body stamped 70256 (matching).  Bore is very bright and strong (has NOT been counter-bored at muzzle), includes cleaning-rod and knurled brass and steel muzzle cap. Two-piece 28/30 stock has quite a few handling marks, but handguard has gorgeous marbled figure.  PHOTOS . . . $950.   C&R   

FINN Model 38 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action short rifle # T8520 (7.35x53 Carcano) mfg. by Terni in 1939 with faint [SA] Finn markings by serial number. Excellent condition with 98% original bluing on on metal parts.  Bore is mirror bright and strong. Beech buttstock was sanded long ago and has no visible markings. Not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $475.    C&R     SOLD

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 50892 (7.62x54R), mfg. by VKT in 1942 on a hex receiver.  Very Good condition, with evenly worn bluing and an excellent bright bore.  Bolt-knob and magazine floorplate numbered 0892 to match. Wartime stock has white-metal unit disk tacked on right side and the expected dings and handling marks from actual service use. Includes cleaning-rod.  PHOTOS . . . $750.     C&R

Excellent condition with 90% or better bluing on all metal parts and a bright very strong bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Matching bolt-knob, other numbered parts not matching or scriubbed (as usual). Includes cleaning-rod. Matching bolt-knob, includes cleaning-rod.  Postwar stock (squared finger-joints) has some minor scuffs but otherwise appears as-new.  PHOTOS . . . $1075.      C&R   

FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 249887 (7.62x54R), mfg. by SAKO in 1944 on an post-1898 receiver.   Excellent-PLUS condition, with full bluing and a mirror-bright bore.  Bolt-knob numbered 5720 (NOT matching),  but magazine floorplate  numbered 9887 to match.  Wartime stock (rounded finger-joints) is in exellent condition with SAKO "wheel" cartouche on right side.       INDONESIAN Model 1895 Mannlicher bolt-action infantry rifle # 4-003127 (.303 British) mfg. by Hembrug and altered for the .303 round in 1954 (with added rubber recoil-pad). Very Good condition with 60% mottled metal finish and bold markings. Bright and strong bore, rear sight is L-shaped flip-up type, bolt is matching (unusual). Indonesian crest (star with letters inside) are on top of chamber and on left side, both intact. Not import-marked, scarce. PHOTOS . . . $675.     C&R     SOLD        

ITALIAN Model 41 Mannlicher-Carcano bolt-action infantry rifle # T3919 (6.5x52) mfg. by Terni in 1941. Excellent condition, with nearly full blued finish. Bore is very bright and strong. Wood has original finish and serial number is matching the barrel. Also has deep Terni cartouche and a cuople knocks, but is very attractive. Includes cleaning rod and correct sling as well as one charger clip. PHOTO . . . $500.*     C&R     SOLD

     JAPANESE Type 99 Arisaka bolt-action rifle Series 35 # 18112 (7.7x58) mfg. at Toyo Kogyo in January - August 1945Very Good condition with worn original bluing, bolt and all bolt parts numbered 112 (matching). Mum heavily ground, no cleaning rod (nor is there a provision for one). This type has plum bolt-handle, fixed peep rear sight, two piece stock with separate forend (held in place by barrel-bands) and wooden buttplate. Stock has original finish with a few minor dings. Excellent chrome-lined bore, no import-marks, functional. PHOTO . . . $390.    C&R    SOLD

U.S.A. Model 1873 Trapdoor Springfield rifle # 438313 (.45-70) mfg. by Springfield Arsenal in 1889. Good to Very Good overall condition, most external bluing has been removed from agressive cleaning in the distant past, some light stains atop barrel. Bore is extremely bright and very strong.  Sound walnut stock had been lightly sanded long ago and the cartouche is faint but legible (1889). Actually attractive and completely functional.  Not import-marked.   PHOTOS . . . $850.*     Antique, no FFL required      SOLD
