    ARGENTINE Model 1909 Mauser bolt-action rifle # N8257 (7.65x53) mfg. by DWM in 1910.  Excellent condition, with 95% bluing on all parts (receiver in the white as it should be).  National Crest above chamber very bold, all-matching numbers (including cleaning rod).  Bore is very strong and mirror-bright.     ARGENTINE Model 1909 Mauser bolt-action rifle # N8650 (7.65x53) mfg. by DWM in 1910.  Excellent-PLUS condition, with 99% bluing on all parts (receiver in the white as it should be).  Actually looks unissued, National Crest above chamber very bold, all-matching numbers (including cleaning rod).  Bore is very strong and mirror-bright.     AUSTRIAN Model 1895 Mannlicher straight-pull bolt-action stuetzer carbine # 7042A (8x56R) mfg. by Steyr (undated) with bayonet and scabbard. Near Excellent condition, arsenal refinished with full bluing. Bore is full of cosmoline, but should clean to excellent, wood has very few handling-marks.     BRAZILIAN Model 1908 Mauser bolt-action infantry rifle # 5175r (7x57mm) mfg. by DWM in 1910.  Excellent-PLUS condition, with 98% or better bluing, receiver in the white (as is proper). Brazilian crest above chamber very bold. All matching serial numbers, includes cleaning rod. Lovely walnut stock has a few minor handling-marks with very sharp Star of David cartouche on right side.     BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.1* Enfield bolt-action rifle # 60C7882 (.303 British) mfg. by Savage-Stevens in 1943. Excellent condition, with nearly full military Parkerizing on metal. Has an excellent mirror-bright 2-groove bore, all-matching numbers with 0-marked bolt-head, all parts marked with square-S (for Savage).  US PROPERTY marked on receiver.     CHILEAN Model 1895 Mauser bolt-action rifle # A2402 (7x57mm) mfg. by Loewe in 1895.  Near Excellent condition, with 95% or better deep bluing.  Bolt-handle matches receiver, no other numbered parts do. Has weak Chilean crest above chamber. Nicely figured  walnut stock (with 1895-dated cartouche) has original finish with some dings, dents and other handling-marks.     FINN Model 39 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 76467 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1944 by VKT (Valmet) with scrubbed hex-receiver. Excellent-PLUS condition with 98% or better bluing. Bolt-knob numbered 6467 (matching), magazine floorplate and buttplate not matching (as usual). Bore is extremely strong and mirror-bright (and NOT counterbored).     FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 302241 (7.62x54R)  by no maker in 1968 on a 1904-dated Izhevsk receiver. Excellent-PLUS condition with 100% bluing on all metal parts and a mirror- bright bore (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Matching bolt-knob, numbers on magazine-floorplate and buttplate not matching or scrubbed. Includes cleaning-rod. New-looking two-piece postwar stock (square finger-joints) has nine small circular plugs (eight of them in one area by buttplate) but virtually no handling marks. PHOTOS . . . $525.      C&R    SOLD

    FRENCH Model 1936 MAS bolt-action rifle # K33637 (7.5x54mm) mfg. by St. Ettienne in early 1940's and refurbished to as-new condition at Marseille in 1981 with arsenal tag still attached.  Excellent-PLUS condition  with bolt (the only numbered part) matching receiver. 100% external Parkerized finish, mirror-bright bore.  Includes integral spike-bayonet and new-looking yellowish leather sling.     GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 9253c (8x57) mfg. by Mauser (code 42) in 1939.  A Russian reworked rifle in Excellent condition, with 98+% re bluing and two intact Nazi markings (Nazi eagles) on left side of receiver and barrel-shank, three on right side of receiver. The bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Buttstock is solid walnut with flat buttplate. Includes repro cleaning-rod (not shown in photo) and Yugo leather sling with buckle. Extremely attractive.    GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 2621s (8x57) mfg. by Berliner-Lübecker Machinenfabrik (code duv) in 1942.  An all matching bringback rifle in Excellent condition, with 95% or better original bluing and intact Nazi markings on left side of receiver and barrel-shank. Has all-milled parts (solid front band) all stamped 2621 to match receiver. The bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Buttstock is laminated with repaired duffle-cut on forend with cupped buttplate.     GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action rifle # 5 (8x57) mfg. by Gustloff Werke (code bcd 4) in 1944. A very interesting rework with February 1970 dated West German proofs. Excellent-PLUS condition, with 100% bluing and intact Nazi markings. Has all-milled parts, the bore is very strong and mirror bright. Buttstock is solid wood with flat buttplate. No matching serial numbers, includes cleaning-rod, front sight-hood, locking-screws and repro cross-hatched ;leather sling. Absolutely stunning example, not import-marked.     JAPANESE Type 30 Arisaka bolt-action rifle  # 51241 (6.5x50) mfg. at Koishikawa in early 1900's. Very Good or better condition with mo0st original dark finish on barrelled receiver, less on smaller parts. Mum has been overstruck with what appears to be the stacked cannonball logo of the Koishikawa Arsenal. No matching serial numbers. Includes correct cleaning rod and hook-type safety.     SOVIET Model 91/30 PU SNIPER Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # TB3250 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1943 on a high-wall receiver. Excellent-PLUS arsenal-refurbished condition with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts. All matching numbers (with prefix letters) on all numbered parts. Bore is mirror-bright (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). Stock has almost zero handling marks. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 1204377 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Arsenal in 1921 (high-number) with SA 1-20 original barrel.  Excellent or better condition with all original bluing intact.
