BRITISH SMLE No.1 Mk.III* bolt-action SPORTERIZED rifle # G47056 (.303 British), a "peddled scheme" rifle mfg. by Standard Small Arms in 1918. Very Good condition with most oil-blacked finish. Bolt handle and rear sight matches receiver. Bore is fairly bright and very strong. Forend cut, no front handguard or nose cap. Receiver has been drilled & tapped in several places and a Williams mount with and non-labled 2.5-15x scope attached. Totally functional. PHOTOS . . . $325.   C&R  

BRITISH Model No.4 Mk.2 Enfield bolt-action SCOPED rifle # PF156200 (.303 British) mfg. at Fazakerly in November 1949  Very Good condition, most painted (stoving) finish on all metal parts chipped and worn at sharp edges with an excellent mirror-bright bore and a 4-groove barrel. Matching bolt (no other parts are numbered) with 1-marked bolt head. Rear sight has been removed and a Cad-Technik scope mount has been added using existing bolts (can be EASILY restored to stock configuration).  Has NcSTAR 3-9x 40mm scope mounted. CHINESE Type 53 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action SPORTERIZED carbine # 3082781 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Factory 26 in 1955.  Excellent condition with 98% bluing on all metal parts, bore is excellent and mirror bright with a matching numbered bolt. Has been (stupidly) fitted into an adjustable ARCHANGEL green synthetic stock, with a removable 10-round magazine.  Folding bayonet is still attached. FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action SCOPED rifle # 48023 (7.62x54R) by VKT mfg. in 1942 on an 1897 dated Sestroryetsk hexagonal receiver. Excellent condition with full bluing. Bolt-knob stamped 8023 (matching). Bore is excellent and mirror-bright, includes cleaning-rod. Postwar stock (squared finger joints) has only a few handling marks and has really pretty figure in the grain. Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains a NcSTAR 2.5x30mm long eye-relief scope with clear optics. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action SCOPED rifle # 7664c (8x57) mfg. by Mauser (code byf 42) in 1942.  A Russian-captured rifle in Excellent condition, with 95% or better bluing, Nazi markings on left side of receiver and barrel-shank have had their Swastikas PINGED. Has all-milled parts (solid front band), most parts inscribed with number 7664 to match receiver. The bore is excellent and mirror-bright. Buttstock is laminated with flat buttplate. Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a B-SQUARE scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains a NcSTAR 4x32E long eye-relief scope with clear optics. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action SPORTERIZED rifle # 8782k (8x57) mfg. by Mauser Borsigwalde in the early 1940's.  Excellent condition, with 95% or better re-blued metal finish. No markings other than faint Nazi eagle/swastikas on barrel & receiver. Totally sporterized, with bent-down bolt handle and altered safety. Bolt shroud and firing-pin numbered 8782 (matching), receiver has been drilled & tapped and bore is very strong and mirror-bright.  Has a Pachmayer buttstock and no rear sight but ramp hooded front sight. GERMAN Model 98k Mauser bolt-action SPORTERIZED rifle # 194 (8x57) beautifully created by Loyd Wright from a wartime 98k with faint eagle/swastika on receiver (but nothing else).  Excellent reblued condition, with very bright and strong bore. A finely crafted specimen, with a REDFIELD aperture rear sight and a ramped Marble-style front sight. The bolt has been nicely jewelled and the Monte Carlo style walnut stock is quite attractive.  PHOTO . . . $625.     C&R     SOLD

SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action SPORTERIZED rifle # ZHK470 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Tula in 1940. Excellent-PLUS arsenal refinished condition, with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts. Non-numbered bolt has handle lengthened and bent down (like a PU sniper) and magazine floorplate is not matching. Bore is strong and mostly bright, front sight missing. Has synthetic sporter stock. Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a fancy 3-rail scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains an AIM 2-4x42mm long eye-relief scope with clear optics. SOVIET Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action SCOPED rifle # GH7000 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1944. Excellent arsenal refinished condition, with 96% or better bluing on all metal parts. All matching STAMPED serial numbers. Bore is mirror-bright (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). Stock and handguard has scuffs in the finish but very few minor handling marks. Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a B-SQUARE scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains a Target Sports 2-7x32mm long eye-relief scope with clear optics. SOVIET Model 44 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action SCOPED carbine # YD165 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1946. Excellent arsenal refinished condition, with 96% or better bluing on all metal parts. All matching STAMPED serial numbers (with letter prefixes). Bore is mirror-bright (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). M-44 buttstock (with bayonet groove) has very few minor handling marks, lacks cleaning rod and handguard. SWEDISH Model 94 Mauser bolt-action SPORTERIZED carbine # 66928 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1916 with bent-bolt. Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing on all parts. Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore, all numbered parts stamped 928 (matching), beautiful ASH stock has been shortened with professional checkering at wrist.  Receiver has been DRILLED & TAPPED with a scope mount holding a Simmons Prohunter 2-6x32 long eye relief scope with very clear optics. SWEDISH Model 96 Mauser bolt-action SCOPED rifle # 451598 (6.5x55), mfg. by Carl Gustaf in 1918 with bent-bolt and and non-threaded muzzle. Excellent condition, with 90% or better original bluing on all parts. Has very strong markings and a very bright and strong bore (bore disk stamped 6.51/0).  All visible serial numbered parts matching (non-numbered cleaning rod). Beech stock has some minor nicks, dings and handling-marks from actual use.  Receiver has been DRILLED & TAPPED with a scope mount holding a Swift Mark I 4x32 scope with very clear optics attached. SWISS Model K-31 Schmidt-Rubin SCOPED rifle # 262023 (7.5x55mm) mfg. by Waffenfabrik Bern in 1958. All-matching serial numbers including magazine. Near Excellent condition with 85% or better external bluing and a perfect, mirror bore. Wood is beech with MUCH LESS of the usual dings, scrapes and handling marks in the finish, II 53 stamped beneath buttplate. Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains a Target Sports 2-7x32mm long eye-relief scope with clear optics. TURKISH Model 38 Mauser bolt-action SCOPED infantry rifle # 17859 (8x57) rearsenaled by Ankara arsenal in 1940 from a WWI-era Gewehr 98. Near Excellent condition, with mostly bluing remaining on all external meta (browning at bottom and barrel bands from carry). Bolt not matching (but is correct straight bolt). Bore is extremely bright and strong, completely functional. Includes cleaning-rod. Stock is walnut with much VERY attractive figure.   Rear sight has been removed and replaced with a scope mount (NOT drilled or tapped) that contains a NcSTAR 4x32 long eye-relief scope with clear optics. U.S.A. Model 1898 Krag-Jorgenson bolt-action SPORTERIZED "carbine" 428011 (.30 Government) mfg. by Springfield Armory in December, 1902. A shortened and reconfigured infantry rifle that has been professionally reblued and now in Excellent condition. U.S.A. Model 65 Reising semiautomatic training rifle # 4771 (.22 Long Rifle) mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in 1943.  Near Excellent condition, with one 10-round magazine. Has Redfield peep rear sight on receiver with protected blade front sight. Stock has a few very minor handling marks. U.S.A. Model 42 M-B bolt-action British Lend-Lease training rifle # 14314 (.22 Long Rifle) mfg. by Mossberg in 1941.  Excellent condition, with one 7-round magazine. UNITED STATES PROPERTY marked on both receiver and barrel. Model 42 M (c) bolt-action training rifle, no serial number (.22 Long Rifle) mfg. by Mossberg in 1944-50.  Excellent-PLUS condition, full gorgeous high-polish blued finish with one 7-round magazine. This is the commercial version of the 42 M-B (above). Rear sight is open notch, front sight is hooded ramp.
