    BRITISH Model Pattern 14 "Enfield" bolt-action rifle # 233625 (.303 British) mfg. in the U.S.A. by Eddystone in 1914.   Very Good or better condition, with over 80% original blued finish and a mirror-bright and very strong bore. However there are areas of pitting on the left side of this rifle, on magazine floorplate, and on bolt-knob.  Rear volley-sight is intact and functional, but front volley sight was removed and replaced with a patch of wood. Stock and handguards are Good overall with many handling-marks from actual use, TP / 11 11 stamped on right side. PHOTOS . . . $575.     C&R    SOLD

    FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 69950 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1932 and [SA] Finn property mark on left side of barrel-shank.  Near Excellent with 85% or better remaining bluing on all metal parts with a hexagonal receiver and and a very bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). Full serial number stamped on bolt body, magazine floorplate and buttplate not matching. Russian one-piece stock has the expected handling marks, handguard has thin crack on top. Includes cleaning rod and leather sling swivels with worn green-leather Finn sling.   PHOTOS . . . $375.    C&R

    FINN Model 91/30 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # PF4691 (7.62x54R) mfg. by Izhevsk in 1938 and [SA] Finn property mark on left side of barrel-shank.  Very Good condition with 60% or better remaining bluing on all metal parts with a round receiver and and a mostly bright bore (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle). 4691 serial number stamped on bolt body (matching), buttplate and magazine floorplate not matching. Finn two-piece "potbelly" stock has few of the expected handling marks. Includes cleaning rod and metal sling swivels with decent Finn green-leather sling.   PHOTOS . . . $350.    C&R

    FINN Model 39 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 02567 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. by VKT in 1940 on a hex receiver. Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% or better bluing on all metal parts. Bolt-knob stamped 2567 (matching), bore is strong and mirror-bright (has NOT been counterbored at muzzle), right side of magazine stamped HV (anti jam mechanism).  Postwar buttstock (squared finger-joints) has some scuffs and scrapes from storage and handling.  Very rare, made in the mid-1970's from reconfigured surplus M91 barrels (the first true M39 rifles were not produced until 1941). Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% or better postwar bluing. Bolt-knob numbered 1490 (matching).  Bore is extremely strong and mirror-bright (and NOT counterbored). Excellent condition with 90% or better ORIGINAL bluing. Bolt-knob numbered 4296 (matching).  Bore is extremely strong and mirror-bright (and NOT counterbored). Right side of barrel-shank stamped S150080, which indicates the Suur Saimaa Civil Guard District (a large lake in SouthEastern Finland).     FINN Model 39 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 505454 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1943 by SAKO on a post-1898 receiver with SK.Y civil-guard marking. Near Excellent condition with 80% or better bluing (thinning on magazine from carry). Bolt-knob numbered 5454 (matching).  Bore is extremely strong and bright (and NOT counterbored). Right side of barrel-shank stamped 32323, which indicates the Pori Civil Guard District (a city on the West coast of Finland). Includes cleaning-rod, original buttstock with 1942-dated Civil Guard cartouche has a few dings and a compression from adjacent rifles but is sound. PHOTOS . . . $840.    C&R 

    FINN Model 39 Mosin Nagant bolt-action rifle # 48438 (7.62x54R), barrel by VKT in 1942 for the Finnish Army Signal Corps. Near Excellent condition, with most original bluing on all parts and very strong markings. Bolt-knob and magazine floorplate stamped 8438 (matching), top of barrel-shank stamped V.  Bore is mirror-bright with perfect rifling (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Finn three-piece wartime stock (rounded finger-joints) has a few small circular plug-repairs with some dings and other handling marks. Includes cleaning rod. Very rare variety. Bolt-knob stamped 8442 (matching), left side of barrel-shank stamped 7.62x53R. Bore is mirror-bright with perfect rifling (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Finn two-piece postwar stock (squared finger-joints) has a couple very light nicks from handling but is sound and looks as-new, thin crack on top of handguard. Bolt-knob stamped 0224 (matching). Bore is mirror-bright with perfect rifling (NOT counterbored at muzzle). Finn two-piece postwar stock (squared finger-joints) has lovely figure and literally devoid of any handling marks (looks as-new).     POLISH Model wz48 Mosin-Nagant single-shot bolt-action training rifle # B7905 (.22 LR) mfg. by Radom in 1950. Excellent condition with 95% bluing on all metal parts and an excellent mirror-bright and strong bore. Bolt numbered 7905 (matching), wood has some minor handling-marks and light scratches.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 805008 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in August, 1942 with replacement LMR 6-53 dated barrel (which are renown for their accuracy). Excellent condition with full light gray Parkerized finish on all metal, bore is quite nice (TE = 2.0, MW = 2.0).  Walnut stock is somewhat worn from troop use, with many small dings. nicks and dents.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 1403161 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in March, 1943 with replacement LMR 7-54 dated barrel (which are renown for their accuracy).  Excellent condition with full light gray Parkerized finish on all metal, bore is very good (TE = 2.0, MW = 4.5).  Walnut stock and hand guards are sound and solid and nearly free of dents and blemishes.     U.S.A. Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 3250510 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in November, 1944.  A WWII era rifle which was loaned to Norway after the war, and fitted with an excellent Kongberg Arsenal barrel marked with "crowned K" and dated 1-58.   Excellent condition with full light gray Parkerized finish on all metal, bore is very good (TE = 4.5, MW = 2.0).  Sights and op rod are postwar, all other parts are WWII manufacture.  GI birch stock and hand guards are nice enough to be mistaken for walnut.  Not import-marked, with CMP certificate of authenticity and data-sheet.  PHOTOS . . . $995.    C&R   SOLD
