U.S.A. Model 1873 Trapdoor Springfield rifle # 112819 (.45-70) mfg. by Springfield Arsenal in 1879  Near Excellent condition with most external bluing remaining. Bore is extremely bright and very strong, buttlate stamped US.  Sound walnut stock has some handling marks, 1879 dated cartouche on left side faint but visible. U.S.A. Model 1895 Krag-Jorgensen bolt-action rifle # 25409 (.30-40 Krag) mfg. by Springfield Armory in January, 1896. Very Good or better condition with very weak bluing throughout (does NOT appear to have been refinished). Bore is strong and bright (mw = 2.0).       U.S.A. Model 1903 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 285551 (.30-06) mfg. by Rock Island Arsenal in 1918 with heat-treated receiver. Excellent condition rework with 95% gray Parkerizing on all metal. A gorgeous example with near-perfect 10-42 dated SA 4-groove bore (TE = 1.5, MW = 0.25) and walnut stock with repair at tang and numerous minor dings and handling marks. Model 1903 Mark I Springfield bolt-action rifle # 1171345 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1922.   A WWII rework in Excellent condition with full Parkerized finish on all metal.  Barrel is a replacement SA / 10-42 with extremely bright bore (TE = 1.0, MW = 2.0). U.S.A. Model 1922 M.II Springfield bolt-action training rifle # 9290B (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in June 1937.   Excellent-PLUS condition with 99% deep Parkerized finish on all metal. An absolutely beautiful example with bright and strong SA 6-37 barrel.  Walnut stock has original finish with almost zero handling marks. Includes front sight hood and five round magazine. U.S.A. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 3885065 (.30-06),  mfg. by Remington in July 1943 with RA 7-43 barrel.  Excellent Ogden rebuild condition with 95% Parkerizing on all metal. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong (gauges TE = 2.0, MW = 1.0) with 4-groove rifling. Walnut stock has nice finish with only a few very minor handling marks. U.S.A. Model 03-A3 Springfield bolt-action rifle # 5018385 (.30-06), cast receiver mfg. by National Ordnance of South El Monte, California in mid-1960's with RA 2-44 barrel.  Excellent condition with 90% Parkerizing on all metal. Bore is mirror-bright and very strong (gauges TE = 1.5, MW = 0.0) with 2-groove rifling. Walnut stock has some scoffs and a repaired crack at tang. Model of 1917 bolt-action infantry rifle # 44920 (.30-06) mfg. by Winchester in 1917 with a W 10-17 barrel.  An all-Winchester rifle in Excellent condition with bright original bluing (not Parkerized). Model M1 Garand semiautomatic rifle # 5834560  (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in 1955.  A Rack Grade CMP rifle in Near Excellent condition with full light gray Parkerized finish remaining on all metal,  Barrel stamped SA 3-55 has a bright bore (TE = 4.0, MW = 2.5) and is stamped NM on left side.  Walnut stock has no cartouche on left side and quite a few dings, front handguard has cracks that has been repaired. Model M1 Garand NATIONAL MATCH semiautomatic rifle # 4693941 (.30-06) mfg. by Harrington & Richardson in June 1955 with original LMR barrel (MW = 0.5, TE = 1.5).  Excellent-PLUS Condition with full dark gray Parkerized finish remaining on all metal. Most parts stamped NM and has NM rear sight adjustable in 1/2 MOA increments.  Walnut stock has been fiberglass-bedded to action and is in excellent condition.  Includes military web sling. U.S.A. Model M1-D SNIPER Garand semiautomatic rifle # 1694080 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in June 1943.  A made-up M1-D sniper in Excellent-PLUS condition with full gray Parkerized finish remaining on all metal and having an exceptionally tight very bright bore (TE = 2.0, MW = 2.0) and features lock-bar rear sight.  All SA-marked parts, walnut buttstock has some light handling marks from storage. M84 scope has extremely bright and clear optics, includes web sling and cupped flash-hider.  Not import marked., this is accompanied by a several 1985 dated Department of Civilian Marksmanship (DCM) documents and receipts from Rock Island Arsenal selling this as a standard M1 Garand rifle.  This was then professionally fitted with a M1-D barrel and joined with a genuine M84 scope, mount, cheekrest and cupped flash-hider.  Looks great and reportedly shoots even better.  Not import-marked  PHOTOS . . . $3250.      SOLD

Model M1 Garand "tanker" semiautomatic rifle # 3768188 (.30-06) mfg. by Springfield Armory in May 1945 and shortened by Federal Ordnance during the early 1960's, with a FED ORD INC marked barrel, TANKER inscribed on left side of receiver.  Near Excellent condition with most Parkerized finish remaining on all metal, bore is bright but worn (TE = 4.0, ME = 6.0). A cut-down Garand. Has nice walnut stock with plastic handguard and rubber recoil pad.  Includes military web sling. Not import marked, I have NOT test-fired this for function. Features a flat-topped bolt, flip-type safety, adjustable rear sight and late front band with bayonet-lug.  Local wood stock with walnut handguard has some dings and scratches from actual service use, FAT 78 cartouche on left side, FAT 82 cartouche on right side (both indicating inspection by Terni Arsenal in Italy).  Includes one 15-round magazine (only where legal). Model M1 Carbine semiautomatic rifle # 5275736 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Inland Division of General Motors in Summer 1944 with 6-44 dated Inland barrel.  Near Excellent condition, metal has mostly full Parkerized finish with a mirror bright bore.   This variant features a round-topped bolt, flip-type safety, M-marked magazine release, adjustable rear sight and late front band with bayonet-lug.  Walnut stock and handguard has not been refinished and has moderate handling marks, serial number 5275736 stamped into left side. Walnut stock and handguard has quite a few dings and handling marks, initials RMC in sling slot. Model M1 Carbine semiautomatic rifle # 19785 (.30 Carbine) mfg. by Universal in c.1962.  An early commercial example that utilized mostly U.S. GI parts (but aluminum trigger housing) in Excellent-PLUS condition, metal has zero wear to high-gloss blued finish with a mirror bright bore.  This features a round-topped bolt, flip-type safety, adjustable rear sight and no bayonet-lug.  Streaked walnut stock with sheet-matal handguard has a couple very minor handling marks.   Includes one 15-round magazine (where legal).  Not import-marked, a really pretty example.
