MILITARY RIFLES

ARGENTINE Model 1909 Mauser bolt-action rifle # C9822 (7.65x53) mfg. by DWM in 1910.  Excellent condition, with 95% bluing on all parts (receiver in the white as it should be), some bluing slightly browned on triggerguard and magazine floorplate from carry.  Crest above chamber very bold, all-matching numbers (cleaning rod not numbered).  Bore is very strong and mirror-bright. Walnut stock and handguard has a few minor handling marks. Includes bayonet and scabbard (good-VG condition) and brown leather sling (Good condition), not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $950.   C&R    SOLD

FINN Model 91 Mosin-Nagant bolt-action rifle # 10424 (7.62x54R) barrel mfg. in 1940 by Tikka on a 1913 Izhevsk hex receiver with Austrian WWI capture markings. Near Excellent condition with 80% or better bluing. Bolt knob stamped 0424 (matching), top of receiver-flat stamped OEWG. Bore is mirror-bright with strong rifling, missing cleaning-rod. GERMAN Gewehr 88/05 Commission bolt-action rifle # 7351W (8x57J) mfg. by Ludwig Loewe in 1891.  Externally Very Good condition, a Turkish refurb with most remaining bluing and retaining its metal barrel-jacket, magazine altered in 1905 to utilize regular stripper-clip loading. No matching numbers (as usual). Receiver S-marked, bore is mirror-bright with a small area of crud in one of the grooves. It may "shoot clean or may not.  Walnut stock has strong cartouches on right side. Completely functional, I would not hesitate to shoot this (however I DO NOT recommend any firing military ammo in it, only modern U.S.-manufactured commercial loads in it rather than milsurp ammo). No cleaning rod, not import-marked. PHOTOS . . . $375.    Antique, no FFL required
